I don’t even know where to begin. I entered this establishment to get food for me and my family and was met with nothing but disrespect. I had to wait over 50 minutes for one bucket of chicken and two sides and was constantly ignored by workers. When I was acknowledged, I was scoffed at and spoken to with a nasty attitude. The store is extremely dirty and infested with gnats, and I saw a large centipede crawling on the wall. When we did get the food, the chicken was cold and soggy, the mashed potatoes tasted like sink water, and the mac and cheese was extremely thin and flavorless. Waiting that long, I would at least expect fresh food. I’d strongly advise you to stay away from this disgusting, dirty, sad excuse for a restaurant.

Ordered food 40 minutes before picking up and they didn't even begin making it until i was at the drive thru window. They looked dumbfounded when i even told them i had an order. Then once i showed them the name of the order they tried giving me someone elses order. They should consider hiring people who can read.

Last time buying KFC. Only bought it twice in the past 5 years. Despite the price both times my order was F'ed up. One manager was nice about returning my money. The other one got cussed out. Food isn't worth the price or aggravation.
