Came to have dinner with my family around 8:30pm tonight the restaurant door was locked. The sign on the door shows 9pm on Sunday and website says 10pm. Customer service is awful. Ended up going through drive thru and waiting mad long to get my order. Lazy people working and do not want to take care of the customers. I also noticed a few cars leaving the drive through assuming they did not have any food available. Management needs to keep their employees on check otherwise this place will go out of business.

Biscuits are never fully baked!! Was wet dough ... only come for the biscuit... spoke to person at drive thru about this issue on another occasion and happened again was told to wait 8 minutes for the biscuits and still were undercooked.

We ordered $50 worth of meal here we are amazed by the pincer size of these drums and wings. The straw is delivered without my only single ordered drink. Gravy consistency is like water and also taste almost water. Thank you.
The worst service ive seen the wait was almost 35minutes food was cold they didnt put the whole order toghether plus by the time i was waiting at least another 3 complaints the help and the mgr where not train properly to help
