Nice ambiance, friendly, courteous staff, but why is it at least to me, it seems most of the wait staff does not speak English, or seem to be bilingual in any sense or other languages, while the menu is listed in English. However the service was fine, as for the food, I ordered shrimp with peppers, which comes with rice and beans, and guacamole.
