Shiraz Kitchen & Wine Bar

This restaurant is in my neighborhood, and I eat here frequently. I'm always impressed by how accommodating they were. The staff happily made substitutions and handled dietary restrictions with ease and care. Nothing felt like a hassle.

Fresh food well-prepared. They were understaffed the night I was there - had to go to the bar to get a second glass of wine.

We tried there three course dinner and it was delicious. The cocktails were well mixed and we loved them. The servers were all soooo nice and friendly. It was a fun evening and lamb shank that I had was cooked to perfection - easy to remove from the bone but not falling off. The spices were just right ! One of my friends was a little confused by $25 for a serving of Merlot . Other than that we are going back to try other dishes !!! Loved it!

Shiraz has great food and service. Try the lamb or beef stew, The cherry and pistachio rice is fantastic. Worth the trip for that alone. (And I am not a huge rice fan). The pomegranate chicken was also very good. The desserts were so-so.

The restaurant is beautiful inside. Easy to get to and you can park in the garage and walk a short distance. Food was delicious. Service was slow. Great place for date night.

Amazing restaurant! It was our first time there. We celebrated a special occasion @ Shiraz and couldn't be more thrilled with the food, drink, hospitality, and experience! Thank you Shiraz Kitchen & Wine bar and we'll definitely be back.

Excellent, healthy food and a great wine list. Happy Hour until 7:00 is a bonus. Every dish was delicious and nicely presented. Even the wine glasses were top notch. Will be back soon.

Delicious food! Chicken kabob, hummus, mirza, flavorful rice. Great steak and salmon. And the halva is so good! We live in NYC and whenever we are in White Plains we eat here! Also great wine selection!

The food at this Persian restaurant is outstanding. The choice of appetizers and entrees is superb. We have tried numerous dishes and all are flavorful and carefully prepared. The owner usually comes by the table to check on your dinner and is happy to explain how dishes are prepared. The personal touch along with a delicious meal makes Shiraz the perfect place for a night out.

We enjoyed dining in this upscale restaurant in downtown White Plains before heading to a show at the White Plains Performing Arts Center. The staff is very welcoming and the food is a little different and delicious.

Great location and very nice decor. Greeting by the owner was a nice touch. We chose the restaurant as they have a number of vegan options. Service was a bit chaotic, miss timed and some items were late arriving only after reminding the waiter. Coffee came so late after the dessert that I declined it. Food was quite bland and lacked creativity. Plating was good but food didn't live up to the visual appeal. With a better chef and some more creative seasoning this restaurant could be very good.
