My first and second time going to this location the service was GREAT. Trevor the 1st time Ari the 2nd time. Both were polite, professional and generally respectful. Those qualities definitely help a customer feel good about being there.

I went to this location earlier today where i was served by Maldon and Saleen. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and the service was fast which did not all at affect the great quality of my drinks or food. Will definitely be back. The service i received from everyone especially the two i mentioned the beginning was great.

I feel like they don’t look at the requests of the drinks. This drink definitely didn’t have vanilla bean powder. And if this is LIGHT ICE, what’s regular ice? This is the second time they did this.

I want to give a huge shoutout to John, the manager, for turning a really frustrating situation into a positive one. I had a horrible experience with a DoorDash order that should have been resolved by DoorDash, but John stepped in, took ownership, and handled it with professionalism and kindness.
His demeanor was incredibly pleasant, and he provided a resolution that went above and beyond—especially considering the issue wasn’t caused by Starbucks. This is exactly the kind of leadership and customer service every store needs.
John, thank you for doing the right thing and taking care of your customers. I truly hope his supervisors see this because he absolutely deserves recognition and praise for a job well done.

Every time I come here before class, I’m still half-asleep, but I already know exactly what I want. The issue is that they never ask what kind of milk I prefer, even though I’m lactose intolerant. They automatically use whole milk, and by the time I leave and take a sip, I’m already far from the store and have to throw the drink out. I’ve had to toss two drinks because of this. Every other Starbucks I go to asks what milk I want, but here they never do.
The Starbucks in Elmsford is the best Starbucks I ever went I live in Manhattan and no Starbucks is like the one in elmsford especially Umer he greets you and makes you feel welcome in Starbucks he remembers my name and always get the drinks fast and don’t have to wait a long time for the drinks to be ready Starbucks is very lucky to have him as an employee who greets everyone with a smile and welcomes everyone in

This location is normally fine but my son has a nut allergy. We ordered on the mobile app, there isn't anywhere to state a nut allergy. He's had the matcha latte before and had no issues. Luckily, there must not have been a large amount. Which leads me to believe they either didn’t wash the blender very well or they put almond milk. It could have ended very badly to a trip to the hospital and a very frightened child. So please do better and a more thorough job.
