We visited your establishment by way of a mobile order today and was very disappointed in the level of customer service not provided by someone who has been labeled as a superior. Joel Abeca, is someone who should've been setting a positive example for the employees he leads but in stead choose to give me a second degree harassment.The scenario: We placed an order on our mobile app and later decided that we had a change of heart once we got to the store. We never received the food, so it shouldn’t have been an ordeal for Joel to refund our monies, instead of doing the right thing this man harassed and embarrassed me in front of a room full of patron, who were just as embarrassed for me that they too were shaking their heads. This experience from your establishment has chased me off from frequenting any of your places of business.

Half empty latte with only 2 cars in the drive thru theres no reason to pay overpriced coffee and not even get your whole amount

Drive thru employee argued with me that i can't skip the line to pick up a mobile order. That is the whole point of mobile orders.

Need more/competent staff! Please hire some people for this holiday season. Slowest service ever. Two people working while the drive thru is full. Ordering black coffee inside took 20 minutes when I was only second in line. One worker was just spinning a tray around not making anything! So that left one slow person trying to do everything at once.

This Starbucks is ALWAYS the worst. They never have anything, they take forever, the manager is rude and not at all helpful. And it takes at least 15 minutes to get a drink that they don’t even make correctly. This review isn’t off of one bad experience, it’s multiple actually every time I’ve ever tried to give it another try. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Awful! Worst Starbucks location in westchester county. The staff is horrendous and extremely rude.They don't know how to make drinks and doesn't know how to fill the coffee cup. Place stinks. Don't go there.

The cashier is very terrible at taking orders. She doesn’t listen to the costumers and doesn’t even double check the order. I said TWICE oat milk and still she messed up my order. Horrible service. Also do not waste time in the car line!!!!!
