I ordered using Dinner Dash, I received with missing soda in my ordered meal. This is not the first time, this branch of KFC and Taco Bell made a custom of giving out incomplete orders. The Hard shell Taco I ordered was wrap on a paper packaging trapping the moisture that made the Taco saggy with just less than a mile of travel. A box container will help keep the Tacos fresh. I hope these reviews will help better the quality of your service.

The grilled cheese black bean burrito was so good I thought it had steak! It was the chips. And the staff was chill about the confusion. Clean and pleasant inside too. For fast food, 10/10.

I called two weeks ago to check if I could place a large order for a birthday the day of the party. They said, “no problem, just call an hour or so before pick up” I called the day of the party to place the order because the app wasn’t working. The lady on the phone was SO RUDE and hung up on me not 1 but 5 times! Absolutely horrific customer service. I do not recommend that anyone come to this location. The order would have been close to $500.

Just got home and this is how the cheese sauce that came with the Nacho Fries looks. DISGUSTING! Also, the store closes at 10pm however they close the lobby at 9pm so be prepared to spend an hour waiting on the drive thru line. I checked my order to make sure all items were there however I never thought I would have to open and check the quality of the cheese sauce. This was my first AND LAST time going to this location- never again!
Would not recommend this location. Waited 20 minutes in drive through though it wasn’t overly busy. When we got to the pickup window they had no idea what we had ordered. We watched the car immediately in front of us hand back several items as well as if they had given them the wrong items too. When they finally got our order to us we later realized there were no forks or napkins. One of our tacos was so poorly wrapped it came open and apart in the bag.
