Worst meal delivery system. Food went downhill, portions are minuscule and customer service is unbelievably rude even when they made the mistake. They literally do NOT care. Strongly advise anyone to find another company. Do not work with Top Chef or Crystal Spoons Corp or you’ll regret it as I did.

Wow. Used to like this company but no more. I placed an order for my diabetic family member on 12/18 and received two emails saying my order would be delivered today, Dec. 23. When it never showed, I called and was very rudely told that because of the holidays, my order wouldn’t go out until the 30th, despite their two emails to the contrary. After I sat around ALL DAY two days before Xmas. To say customer service wasn’t concerned is a vast understatement - they literally didn’t give a damn. Totally rude and unprofessional. And the food isn’t that good.

Top Chef meals is my favorite ready-made meal delivery service for many reasons. First of all, I like that I can choose how many meals to receive, unlike most other services that lock you into a certain number per week. You are not locked into a subscription service like most other plans which is a lot more convenient to skip weeks.Second of all, I like that I can customize the meals according to starches and vegetables, as well as the amount of protein. The vegetables are perfectly cooked, as is the meat. The flavors duplicate the best of your home-cooked meals. The amount of food is perfect for my appetite. I like that there are a great variety of choices for each meal.The prices are also among the most reasonable. They vary according to the meat and meal that you choose, which allows you to buy what you can afford. I feel very healthy eating these meals and I will definitely keep ordering.

I ordered breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for a week. They all pretty much tasted bad had weird flavor and was not looking forward to eating any of them. I will not be ordering from here again.

I looked into this ready-to-serve meal delivery service hoping to find a customizable and nutritional solution at a reasonable cost. They advertise that their various healthy meals follow the nutritional guidelines of the most popular diets including low-carb, low-sodium, gluten-free, low-fat, renal, diabetic, senior, keto, and paleo. However, I found that the "low" in low carb was just a word they used and was not backed up by any nutritional data or even a number they could give me, although they do supply nutritional data PER meal. The same was true for the other diet plans. The senior plan turned out to be a 10% discount. On the plus side, they do offer breakfast, shakes, light fare, and smaller lunch portions. And they have great substitutions - you can select ANY meal and substiute ANY side (but you cannot see the nutrition for the individual sides). Prices were on the high side, but delivery was VERY high - almost $20. I believe you can select as few as 4 items per delivery. But because of the lack of nutritional info and the crazy high delivery prices, I could not give this site a very good rating. However, if you are just interested in healthy, non gourmet, ready-to-serve food delivery, no matter the cost, this site looks promising.
Terrible service! They ignore you! Not keto or diabetic friendly, sodium content is too high and the choices are awful for seniors and insurance covered plans like meals on wheels. The delivery guy puts in the lobby and can't be bothered delivering to the front door to ensure freshness and it doesn't thaw out and get spoiled! What a disappointment! They promise delivery on Mondays and it arrives two-five days later! Yikes! Gabriel is not listening to our needs. She is the one taking the orders. The one meal replacement was sent 3 weeks later! I didn't get the original ordered meals for last week! Just awful experience! Don't bother with these people! They don't care!

While the food is good, I've had some bad problems with my orders. I was getting the Medicaid meals and felt like a second class citizen. Open meals, old meals, freezer burnt meals, etc. Not worth the stress.
