Di Cotta's offers a warm, inviting, and intimate atmosphere that is perfect for a date night, a friends' evening, or a family dinner. The ambiance is cozy and unrushed, allowing guests to relax and enjoy their meal. The service is exceptional, attentive, and top-notch, with staff providing fantastic recommendations.
The food is incredible, fantastic, and out of this world. Standout appetizers include the fantastic meatballs, which are tender and flavorful, and the excellent mussels, available with a fantastic cream sauce or a house-made red sauce featuring Calabrian chili. For dinner, the massive veal parm and the incredible chicken parm are highlights. The Chicken Milanese is cooked beautifully with a nice crispy breading, while the seared salmon is cooked to perfection. Pasta dishes are a strength, with homemade options like the clam sauce pasta and the Tagliatelle Puttanesca, which has bright pops of flavor from capers and artichoke. The veal Milanese is noted as the absolute best.
Desserts are delicious, featuring homemade gelato in many flavors, like the Bacio, and a flavorful cannoli in a pizzelle with pistachios. The drink menu is interesting, with refreshing options like the Di Cotta’s spritz, excellent wine, and specialty crafted cocktails including an espresso martini. Every detail matters, from the yummy focaccia made in-house to the well-paced service. Di Cotta's is a highly recommended spot that feels like a new favorite place.
