I've loved this place since I moved to The Endicott area 10 years ago. He always helps out the teenagers gives them jobs in the summer running the ice cream and it's very nostalgic reminds me of when I was younger. And whenever I ask my kids if they want to go get ice cream it's only if we go to Joey's unfortunately with the price of gas at the moment it's not around the corner but I still make the trip

I had a great meal at Joey's. I had the tuna salad sandwich. It's a very traditional Italian sandwich with the tuna being made with olive oil. My friend had the meatball sub. It was done in the wood fired oven which she hadn't had before. I'm looking forward to trying more there.

The pizza was excellent, the service was great, the portions were substantial, & the atmosphere was casually comfortable. We had a great time & sat for a long time after we finished eating without any pressure to hurry along by the staff.

We enjoyed our visit very much.

Let's start with what I liked about Joey's: the service provided by our waitress was outstanding, so much so that I left more than a 30% tip! And, Joey's red pasta sauce was excellent! - Possibly the best in Little Italy, Endicott. It was not too acidic and not overly sweet. I also enjoyed their cannoli. The shell was not too think and heavy like you may find elsewhere. Now, on the downside: their cook appeared to be too liberal with the salt. The chicken tortellini soup was very salty, and the same could be said about their chicken marsala. The chicken marsala was overly salty, and it wasn't just from the prosciutto. I could not eat more than 1/3 of that dish. The next time at Joey's I'll simply order a pasta dish with red sauce!

Best custard ever! Both the cheesecake and espresso flavors were delicious.

Honestly love the food here but after today will never try eating there again, came in with my larger size family to find out upstairs wasn’t open instead of getting a time frame of when we could eat where I could of took my kids to play across the street till we got turned away all together because they had a reservation, didn’t know that meant we couldn’t have a table after other tables were empty drove 25 minutes to still be hungry with kids crying called and said something about how inconvenient that really was person could of cared less

Our first time at Joey's and suffice it to say that it won't be our last! We started with mussels in white wine as an appetizer -- which was a meal in itself! Delicious white wine, garlic, and prosciutto broth with tender mussels and 4 huge chunks of seasoned bread for dipping. For our entrees, my husband had the Chicken Milanese (delish) and I had the chicken Marsala (seriously the best marsala I've ever had). The pasta that came with entrees was cooked perfectly al dente. Large portions...enough to take home leftovers to enjoy the next day! Quality food/perfectly prepared/reasonable prices. Our server was attentive and sweet. After dinner we tried the frozen custard and gelati next door (even though we were stuffed from dinner --- we wanted the full Joey's experience :-) The frozen confections did not disappoint! 100% recommend this restaurant! Looking forward to returning to try other things on the menu!

I ordered takeout. I had the sausage Parmesan with pasta. The people were very friendly. The food was affordable. The only thing that threw me off was I got the pasta and the sausage in separate containers. I've never gotten that from other takeout places. Friends tell me a lot of people prefer it that way. It wasn't a downside just unusual for me.

I'm from Florida, so this was my first experience with New York Italian food. Absolutely incredible! It was the closest I've come to a religious experience!
