During the rush times, you could easily be waiting 30+ minutes for the wrong food. The chaos is horribly managed, orders get lost, and bags get the wrong items.
I had to wait 40+ minutes for my orders.
I get that this is not an easy job, people who place orders can be rude. I’ve never worked in fast food but I know damn well how it’s not an easy job. It’s not as simple as throwing something on a bun and calling it a day.

The kids behind the counter work their butts off but it always seems so slow! We waited in a dirty restaurant for 25 min for 6 sandwiches (not even meals)
