The worst place to be. Customer service: 0/10. Their attitude was basically “don’t ask questions.” The way they answered and replied was so annoying. Overall, terrible customer service. I asked them to pack the food, and the way they packed it felt like they were annoyed just because I asked

We came here for lunch. We ordered the hot wings and fries from the appetizers to split, they had a nice little kick to them. We ordered the Gyro lamb over rice and Gyro chicken over rice. I was thinking would be halal style, in the flavors and not just the processing of the meat. It didn’t have the high heat level that I’m familiar with, and there weren’t very many spices in it, it was good but I usually like a lot of spice. I added a bunch of the hot sauce on top but it didn’t seem hot to me. For those who do not like spicy food, this is a great place to try it. The mango lassi was delicious and the masala chai ( labeled just tea) is full of flavor.

Today I visited Taste of Bengal on Washington Ave in Endicott with a few friends, and it was a great experience.
I was pleasantly surprised to see the owner, Mr. Mustafa, personally taking care of us as well as other guests. That kind of attention really stands out.
We ordered garlic naan, butter chicken, sizzling kebab, and palak paneer. Everything was delicious, but the garlic naan and kebab were especially outstanding.
The service was unbelievable. Warm, attentive, and professional from start to finish.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be going back again

I am very disappointed with this restaurant. I ordered chicken biryani, but it tasted terrible. It was like plain rice mixed with chicken curry. How can they call plain rice with chicken curry “chicken biryani”? It seems they don’t even know how to make it. Overall, the food did not meet even basic expectations, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good biryani.

I ordered Puri and Singara, but both tasted extremely bad and were very disappointing. They have no idea, how to cook it.

I order a Lamb and an order of chicken to go. Sauce is oily and tastes like they just make the sauce and dump the chicken and lamb from the freezer. No flavor and dry. Not impressed.

We attended a large community picnic at Chenango Valley State Park, catered by Taste of Bengal from Endicott, NY. While we were initially excited to enjoy traditional Bengali dishes, the aftermath was a nightmare. Dozens of attendees—myself included—fell seriously ill with symptoms like vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, and fever. Several people even had to be hospitalized.

It seems the food was left out for too long in the sun, with poor temperature control, which likely led to this outbreak. For a business providing food to hundreds of people, this level of negligence is unacceptable.
I hope the Health Department investigates, and I would not recommend this place to anyone until serious changes are made.
