Staff is always super friendly, I forget we’re not all best friends sometimes they’re THAT nice! “I have driven by a million times and never actually stopped in. This morning I had some extra time and decided to give it a try. The coffee is very good but the customer service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and pleasant especially the employee at the end where you pay. I explained that it was my first time coming and she happily shared with me some of her favorite menu items and gave suggestions for things to try next time. I will definitely be back!“

“I must say their customer service is way above average. This company seems to lead in innovation compared to many chains in the area, but I definitely put them in a less than easy experience tonight. I showed up literally minutes before closing, and any other place would have turned me away for making hot food when the kitchen was obviously closed. With some consensus they made the exception , and me and my son are VERY grateful :+) I believe the manager handed us the food with a smile on her face. The fact that i left with a smile on my face as well shows that there is still hope for humanity thanks to people like those at Batch. I also never leave reviews, but that is how different this place is..ESPECIALLY for this town in the middle of winter.. Thanks again guys <3“

“Really great spot for breakfast or lunch! It’s super cozy and welcoming, which matches the owners perfectly. I was greeted by the husband who kindly showed me their menu to look over while he prepped my coffee order. Afterwards, his wife took over the register while he went to make my sandwich. She and I chatted for a good 10-15 minutes before I took my seat and the mushroom and Swiss sandwich was brought out.The sandwich was great! As was the coffee. This place is definitely a nice spot to come, do school work or read, all while grabbing a coffee and bite to eat. The owners treated me like I’d been coming there for years (but it was my first time!).10/10 would recommend, and I know I’ll be going back!“

“I can't say enough about this place. First, if you love coffee... I mean really love coffee, the texture, the scent, the taste... This place is for you. Rose petals in my coffee! The toast left me wanting more. It is laid back, a really sweet space that lives up to it's name. Can't wait to try the coffee with lavender.Kid-friendliness: Small play area in the back.“

“Perfect cappuccino (and impressive latte art!), and they make their own bagels fresh, which are delicious! The atmosphere is also very nice, with funky decor all over the place, including several pieces from the museum. It would be worth a visit for either the good coffee, or the good bagels, or the good vibe -- but you don't have to choose, you get alll three! Also the barista is super knowledgeable about living in the Binghamton area and shared a lot of helpful tips about hidden gems and things to do. Looking forward to my next visit!!“

“UPDATED: food is very good, the best sandwich is lox time square. BUT I found a hair in my iced chai latte…… quite disappointed, I saw all long hair staffs put their hair up as ponytails, but that’s not good enough…..They have a huge selection and the staffs are very nice! The food and the coffee are great. The only thing is I hope they can have a more specific receipt for people, on the receipt, it doesn’t specify what kinda of up charge I have and the name of coffee.“

“First off, let me just say I've never met an owner so involved and inviting. From the second we walked in to the minute we left , she made us feel like we were regulars. The food was excellent. But the atmosphere and homey feel was what will keep us coming back every road trip upstate. 5 star food and service . We'll be back“

“Clinton street cafe was a great local spot in Binghamton NY, great food, awesome customer service, and all for good prices. I would highly recommend grabbing a quick bite for breakfast and or brunch. Shoutout to Steve the owner, and also the gentlemen that makes a great eggs Benedict, Scott.“

“Really delicious coffee and fabulous service. Young man who was the barista made the best "hot chocolate " (medium roast coffee hot with1 scoop of vegan protein powder ) was very friendly and made delicious coffee. Very nice coffee and vibe. Definitely will be coming back !!!“

“I am a truck driver from PA. The Young people that work here are absolutely the most friendly bubbly happy helpful group of employees I've ever seen in a convenience store!!! The young man named Loop remembers me when I come in periodically and always exclaims like I am a long lost relative!! So genuine respectful and sincere you don't see that much. Renee made me an awesome hoagie and the young lady at Dunkin did not judge when I got three donuts ?someone put together an amazing team of employees!“

“I used to come here after school for a "Caramel Ribbon Crunch" and it is so good. It is very refreshing along with a very good vanilla taste with caramel mixed all into the drink. The restaurant is also very clean inside and has a comfy/cozy at home feeling when you go in. The workers are also super nice, work efficiently, and make the drinks well. Would definitely recommend getting starbucks.“

“Better than the McDonalds at the end of Upper Front Street in Binghamton near the College/Cooperative Extension.I advise avoiding That one. ( either the buns are burnt or its put together and is a big mess. It's just gross and we avoid it. That's why we went to this one, better consistant food, quality )This McDonalds was as expected.“

“Some yum tea, they got blizzard shakes, some of the juiciest people ever. Abby and Gordon MAKE them teas. They are swinging around the counter so fast, always get my drink under two mins and they DONT look grumpy. Come slay the day at this tea house.“

“I wanted a bright and colorful cake. I ordered the cake Friday and wanted it the very next day. The young lady who helped me was nice and pleasant. I picked up the cake Saturday morning and was happy to see exactly what i ordered! Btw I ordered a lemon cake with strawberry filling and let me say it was delicious. Camille's is where to go to get your next cake. I will be back and will refer my friends and family there. I give it a 10 out of 10.Parking: The bakery was packed with customers when i went so there wasn't any parking spots available, this was a friday afternoon.“

“Im a dunkin fan. Have been since I was a kid(who shouldnt have been drinking coffee, but yolo). I enjoy this site, more than I can say. People are friendly, even at the busiest part of the day, food/drink is precise and atmosphere is pleasant.“
