“The app isn't working again. Which makes ordering with a coupon impossible because the staff doesn't care. They just say they can't do anything about it. Which is non sense. I understand that its not the restaurants fault, or in their control that the app doesn't work. But they can can still do something for the customers since they are still choosing to get food there.
This wasn't just a one time occurrence either. It was 2x in a row. The food is still good, that why we still eat there.

“It's rare to 5star fast food but this location was exceptional imo. The OCS was crispy, hot and had just the right amount of mayo and the lettuce was actually crunchy. The fries werw cookes just right and no extra salt was needed. Ordered inside so I could redeem a survey coupon. (There's got to be a way to add it to the app so i coyld gwt crowns foe the rest of my order ) The staff was really impressive as to how polite they were to not only to customers but also to each other. The two young men at the counter made me feel like I was at chick fila lol. Thank you for such a great experience. You rule 😉👑“

“I travel for work and I have celiac disease. This five guys location by far is the most attentive, cleanest, happiest, most pleasant five guys I’ve been to. I’ve eaten at this location more times than I could count and I have ZERO complaints. Love this location!“

“We go to BK every Sunday for breakfast. The girls are sweet , kind, & helpful. But most of all, Zack Dickenson, who is the cook, always makes sure to recognize us, says good morning. He also makes great breakfast sandwiches. He often comes out & asked, "was everything ok?" We just want you to know that the Arsenal St. Burger King 🤴 in Watertown, NY is well established. “The food was amazing! Started coming here about once a week for the last month and a half and all the servers have been very nice! Never an issue at all. Especially tonight as of 3/28 had the server named Zoey! She was so sweet and welcoming. I would most certainly recommend her to anyone.“

“I consistently receive better service (better assembled food, friendliness and speed of staff despite any staffing shortages) the McDonald's on Arsenal as opposed to the one on State.

Dietary restrictions: I avoid lactose by asking for a large caramel iced coffee without cream.

If mayonnaise doesn't bother you like cheese does, consider requesting a dollop of mayo IN PLACE OF cheese on items such as the McDouble.

✅ LIFE HACK: request slivered onions instead of diced to make your sandwich more robust.

Parking: On a very busy, multiple lane main street near an intersection. Think ahead to plan your route as not to disrupt traffic while taking your sweet time turning into the bumpy entrance (concrete is disintegrating- is there gravel? Not sure. Be prepared to bridge the gap 🤣).“
