Placed order, an hour later still had not gotten it. Manager delivered to us 10 minutes after we called to find out where it was. All his help left and he continued to prepare the orders they had taken and deliver. Food was out of this world. Will order again
Order was shifted during transit. Delivery driver informed me of the issue and corrected the problem. Super friendly and understanding. It's all about customer service. This guy went above and beyond to serve. It's good to see customer service. The drivers name was George Bevens, and deserves recognition. This driver George showed phenomenal customer service. Ever since I've moved up here from Iowa, they have always and I mean ALWAYS handled my order in time and correctly. I usually get up to 15 extra cheese sauces every single time I order. I pay about 10$ just for that cheese sauce and they make sure to give me those in a separate box on top of the ones that come with pizza and breadsticks. Their food is always fresh and ready. So unless you make and unclear and incorrect order on your own merit, then these people will always...
