My son and “new” daughter in-law got married at Colloca estate winery on Saturday June 22, the staff and facility was a 12 out of 10! The attention to details and customer satisfaction was the best I have experienced. And I have attended 100’s of wedding over the years! I would highly recommend this wonderful location. Thank you Colloca staff!
Loved the baked Haddock & Empanadas. Home made tortillas & salsa also very good. Loved the margarita flights! There was also a good band playing. Not a fan of the lemon bar.

Hubby and I took an impromptu drive from Syracuse to Colloca Winery Lounge for a late lunch on a sunny day. We came for the live music and lake views but were soo impressed with the property and the food. I had a delicious Rigi Chicken Pasta In Rose Cream Sauce ? It was a big bowl of deliciousness with perfectly toasted garlic bread. Hubby is GF so went with the Salad and Soup Bar, which had the best citrus beet salad and a “perfectly balanced” beef stew to warm him up on...
