Good service unfortunately Abotts is just not meeting up to the new age of ice cream options and flavors.

Employee was rude, felt like we were an inconvenience to her when we only ordered 1 kiddy soft serve. My daughter asked one question about the ice cream and even she got a short rude response back. It wasn't like they were busy either. We were the only ones there and it was 2 minutes after open. $6+change for a tiny thing of ice cream.

Very good.ice cream friendly people not to far to get ice cream also diffetent kinds of flavor of ice cream and you can get anything you want on your ice cream sprinkles nuts just about anthing you want and like.

Was pleasantly surprised today, super hot and needed a treat, fantastic variety of flavors made it hard to choose one, very delicious. I was served by Samantha and she was fantastic and patient with me while I made my choice, absolutely would recommend to anyone needing to cool off.

The woman behind the counter was miserable. Not the least bit friendly. We ordered two sundae’s. There was the equivalent of one scoop of ice cream with a touch of whipped cream in both. When I ordered mine I specifically asked for peanuts. My guess there were no more than five peanuts. The cup on both sundae’s was half full. $18 for two sundae’s is a rip considering there was a whole lot of NOTHING in the cups.
If anyone wants good ice cream, good sundae’s, and great friendly service, with cups overflowing go to Bruster’s in Webster, Greece, or Irondequoit.

I think the quality has gone down and the price has gone up. I got cold caramel sauce on my ice cream. It was terrible. No one offered to change it.

Consistently delicious frozen custard for over 30 years. It's worth the price for the occasional treat. Go for the waffle cone and add sprinkles, but eat it fast because it melts quickly!

It's just not as good as it used to be. Ice cream and custard are just ordinary. Frozen banana on a stick was just a mess to eat. Maybe you have to be a kid to love Abbott's. The prices are just too much for adults.
