I think the quality has gone down and the price has gone up. I got cold caramel sauce on my ice cream. It was terrible. No one offered to change it.

Consistently delicious frozen custard for over 30 years. It's worth the price for the occasional treat. Go for the waffle cone and add sprinkles, but eat it fast because it melts quickly!

It's just not as good as it used to be. Ice cream and custard are just ordinary. Frozen banana on a stick was just a mess to eat. Maybe you have to be a kid to love Abbott's. The prices are just too much for adults.

AMAZING customer service. I was greeted with a warm welcome, they asked how my day was, gave me a good generous scoop of custard and fresh sprinkles!!!
