I preordered 2 dozen bagels for pick up. When I got there they weren’t ready but the gentleman working(? Manager) quickly got the order ready. He couldn’t have been more apologetic and went out of his way to make it right. I will continue to bring my business to this site!

The best bagels in Rochester with lots of great flavor choices. My one complaint is that since the pandemic they still have not brought back dining in! Infuriating! We had to eat in the car!

This morning I must have been served by the cream cheese police task force. I asked for extra, heavy cream cheese on both halves of bagel. Guy said ok - that will be extra. No problem. I then watched him spread a paper thin layer, carefully scrubbing off any “extra” to only fill in the bagel pores. I wouldn’t normally complain about a petty thing like this, but after I once again asked to please go heavier on cream cheese, I was told that “this is what extra cream cheese...
