$0.94 unpcharge to select milk vs. a soft drink - not mentioned until you're paying for the meal. Asked because the $7.95 "deal" coupon saved me nothing - I do not drink soda.
Royal Chix lettuce unmonitored, some of it was brown. One napkin (recycled paper) in the bag.
McDonalds is 1/4 mi. north. Next time (one a month) I hit the drive-thru, I'm doing the golden arches.

Female employee working the drive-thru needs a serious attitude adjustment, employees being rude to multiple customers even after a customer apologized for something that wasn't their fault. Avoid this location they hired some unhinged people.

Waited for 50 to 60 minutes for my food. There was only 2 or 3 workers at any given time. Not going again, 100% not worth the wait

So, first of all good flavor was fine... though it took 20 minutes to get food. 2nd- which is why I will never return. My SO went to change our child's diaper. Only to find drugs on the baby changing table.

We waited 45+ minutes for food. We had to deliberately ask them to make our order and the staff was rude. They completely ignored the counter

The service is quick and easy. The chicken is way better than McDonald’s the decorations. This has a big crown in front of not outside inside

Great! Hot food, always fresh. The staff is so nice in the evening (8/5-8-9 this week). So so friendly, patient and kind.
