They close at 8pm, went at about 720 pm and the doors were locked. Kid came to the door and told me everything was shut off and they were closed. If y'all are gonna close up an hour early on a Thursday night (during football season, no less), please end your lease, so a business that actually wants to do business can have the building? Went 60 seconds up the road and ordered two pies. Writing this review as I wait for my pizzas from their competitor up the road. What a joke.

Update: Not sure what changed but the last several times the pizza sauce has been much more acidic and now they're showing up 20 minutes late despite us being just down the street. Lukewarm.
New to the area and accidentally ordered a pick-up right before closing. Despite that they did an excellent job. I've been a Mark's loyalist for the last 15 years and this is the first time I've found a place that was as good, better even. This will definitely be our go-to spot in Fairport.
Worth noting it's right next to a great park.

I have always loved Caraglios! I was very excited when I heard it was coming to Fairport and I have not been disappointed. Same great pizza (especially the country sweet chicken wing) and outstanding service! My family does the slice a day membership and we have gotten to know the people that work at the Fairport location. Everyone is so personable and thoughtful. They remember our daughter’s name and our typical order. Highly recommend!
