I have only been here a few times. The food is way better then Moe's. As well as the service. Seating could be better. Definitely worth the price!
Consistent quality of food.
Food is good for chipotles, staff is SUPER friendly and hard working. Just watched some old Karen yell at them for not having her meal ready fast enough. I guess she waited an hour but there were a few large catering orders ahead of her that the ENTIRE crew was working on to get it done. They did not respond with anger to the customer either, very respectful and tried to explain kindly but she just stormed out. 10/10 interaction
Picked up an online order of two bowls with double chicken. Collectively we got 12 pieces of chicken and otherwise the order was the complete opposite of what we asked for. Awful service.
Just a head's up that this location is not honoring the Friday the 13th BOGO promotion. Their management is saying the tattoo must be Chipotle related.
The girl that gave us our food wasn’t very kind she argued with me that the two sides I always order she charged me 9 bucks as a veggie three pointer when it was rice and corn and am never charged that. The rice was cold and the amount of chicken on the other order was half the size of what we normally get.
I’m writing to express disappointment regarding a recent visit to your store. What appeared to be a difficult situation—being understaffed and overwhelmed with orders—was unfortunately handled in an unprofessional manner.
At around 5 PM, during what seemed to be a rush hour, the manager emerged from the back and began yelling at customers, eventually closing the store. At no point were any customers behaving inappropriately or being irate; the crowd remained patient and understanding. The reaction from the manager, however, created an uncomfortable scene that seemed unnecessary and avoidable.
While we understand that staffing issues can create stress, this situation could have been handled much better with calm communication and empathy. Closing the store five hours prior to its normal operating time without clear, respectful explanation left a negative impression.
I hope this feedback can be used to improve how such situations are managed in the future—for the sake of both customers and staff.
Seriously, it's Chipotle. Do you really need a review?!?!

always my go to location. just pretty disappointed this time. ordered through door dash and got a sad excuse of a burrito, was pretty much just tortilla. wouldn't recommend ordering through doordash.
All three of our bowls were missing items, and our order of chips and salsa was missing completely. Instead of refunding me for the items I paid for and didn't receive, Chipotle's solution was to give me a coupon for chips and guacamole. Feels like they stole my money.

I love the food and the customer service here. But you need to tell people to pull around at the drive thru when their food is not ready. I got to the window tonight and they told me it would be ready in five minutes. So I made a loop and got back in line to be courteous to the other customers. I then sat in line for 25 behind just 2 cars who had no care for the 10 cars that lined up behind them. My food will now be luke warm by the time I get home because I tried to be kind. The only people that will you will upset by telling them to pull around are the jerks who are most likely to be upset with your employees anyways. This will reduce the stress in your employees, help reduce your drive time, and make your customers much happier overall.
I'll echo a lot of what you already see here. The food is typically fine in my experience but what's maddening is the portion size. Last visit, rice bowls practically overflowing and I don't know how they got the lids on. Tonight, totally opposite. My daughter's bowl had maybe 3 bites of carnitas. My son's bowl, not much better, perhaps 5 bites. Rice and beans with quesadilla, the well filled maybe 1/3 of the way well when often those sections of the container are filled to the top. If they're really trying to increase portion size as so.widely reported, some members of the team at this.location didn't get that memo--while it appears others did. It's all Forrest Gump when you order here, you never know what you're gonna get. Caveat Emptor!

Decided to go to chipotle after I hear they were changing portion sizes. I go with my significant other and we get almost identical bowls and the first guy was pleasant and gave what I would think is a good portion and then a second guy comes over and starts my order and is rude to me and mumbles and clearly in a rush. Not only did I get half the food but this other guy was horrible to deal with. Might not be visible but mine is on the left and had such a small portion of chicken that I should have just made my own bowl at home.
