Excellent food but subpar service. Our server was very knowledgeable and decent but it took FOREVER to get anything, even water to start. Waiting for a second “round” of bread (4 tiny slices) took legit 25 mins and it felt as though they really didn’t want to provide a second round.
We had reservations and arrived with 3 mins to spare due getting caught behind a train…we were told since others were stuck behind the train that they were bumping our reservation for the late arrivals. That didn’t sit well with me as the train is part of the village and is constantly going to cause that same issue for some, and we made our time-slot so it should have been honored.
Anyway, I’m glad we tried it for my birthday dinner because the food was super good and I’d been wanting to for a long time but overall we won’t go again.
