Worst experience with pizza ever!!! We waited over an hour and I watched one pizza just sit there and get cold waiting for the rest of our order to cook which for some reason took another hour we actually sat there an hour and a half for them to cook our food when there was absolutely nobody there and the server was sitting on her butt because there was nobody to serve or answer any calls because they weren't getting any calls..
I asked multiple times about my food and they kept telling me 5 minutes.. 20 minutes later I asked again they said 5 minutes... 20 minutes later they said just a few more minutes.. Round trip 2 hours

Great New York style Chris bottom Pizza very consistent. Wish they were open every day of the week at lunch

I have ordered their boneless wings from here multiple times after seeing an advertisement from a local guy on TikTok. They’ve been pretty good every time I’ve gotten them apparently they hired a new person on the fryer today and I ended up with burnt stuck together chicken. I was offered nothing but more boneless wings next time, they couldn’t make me more today. 80 dollars worth of food. Pizza is good but I won’t be coming back.

Excellent Pizzeria! Qyn was an excellent server and was very cordial but willing to chat. Pizza tasted great, highly recommend the Cup & Char pepperoni. Overall excellent location, would go back.

We used to love this place. We just ordered a pizza and it’s cold. You have to wait at least 40 minutes every Time. lately the quality sucks. The pizza we just got does not taste like it came from the same place. I don’t know if they ran out of ingredients and went to Wegmans to buy some? I’ve had better pizzas at Byrne dairy!

Pizza is meh. It’s better than GGs but so is frozen. Their dough is paper thin and very minimal sauce but absolutely crazy overdone with toppings. The food guy that reviewed them on Facebook must have gotten special made stuff just for him. Their wings though? No clue how they could have been worse. There are PLENTY of other pizza places in the area and most are better. They need to drastically improve both their wait times and the quality of their food.

Such a disappointing meal. Orders the Philly cheesesteak sub. Roll was partially burn(1/2 the roll) for $20 was rathrr we small lacking meat. Had a chemical taste! Couldn’t eat more than few bits.
Also ordered meatball sub, roll 1/2 burnt as well, not much to that sub either, taste was ok. Price was a lot for what we got.
Called to let manager know. His response was “ well I know we clean the grill” had nothing else to say!!
Ordered and told 25 mins, when I got there, they just started making it after I paid for it,
Doubt I will be going back there!

The pepperoni pizza and boneless wings with provisions sauce have become a weekly staple at my house. We often order through door dash since they deliver in the city, but whenever I pick up in store the staff is friendly and prompt. Happy to say the quality has remained the same with the change in ownership. Best boneless wings around!

I was told my order would be ready by 810pm, I ended up leaving at 840pm after 2 burnt pizzas, with an undercooked pizza that didn’t even have the right toppings. Mind you as I sat there and waited, the shop produced no more pizzas, mine was the only order that came out during that 30 minute time. Would have been more forgiving if the pizza was actually good but it was terrible, on the verge of uneditable- again with the wrong toppings and undercooked. I don’t usually write posts but between the poor service and quality of there product will definitely not be back.

The Grandmas Bee Sting Pizza was outstanding! Cup n Char Pepp with hot honey and jalapeños!

Also had The Truffle Pizza, Alfredo sauce, mozz cheese, mushrooms bacon and truffle oil…amazing.

Trust this fat guy, these two pizzas pass the fat guy test!

My two favorite pizzas so far, can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.

The gentleman who took the order over the phone was very nice. Order was picked up by my sister to bring to my place. When I opened the order at home I was disappointed. Steak sub was very small for what I paid. Sub was average at best. Pan pizza was not a pan. It was just a regular pizza, And over done.
Not impressed with the pizza either. First time trying the new place, sadly won't go back
