Arguably the best subs around, in a town with arguably the best subs in the country. That being said, the Dibella's app is almost certainly the worst online ordering experience you will ever find! The food keeps them in business. The app threatens their livelihood.

It was not a DIBELLA way, all food was cold, couldn't have a warm nor heated the sandwich or the bread. Never felt welcomed or appreciated at the site and food was really not fulfilling,only dry and dissatisfied tastes over all, would recommend another site,but NEVER JEFFERSON ROAD!!!!

I normally like to cook at home, but if I'm in the mood for a good sub, DiBella's are the best subs I can find around. Great choices, fresh ingredients, and wonderful taste- generally consistent quality.
Biggest issue I've had in the past was that no one knows how to "cut the sub into thirds". Half and quarter cuts are no problem, but thirds are apparently difficult.

Terrible accommodation and customer service. I was charged for items I didn’t receive, and they refused to refund me, only offering inadequate replacement. Also…How is there no option in store or otherwise to not have you cut my sandwich? With the plethora of options out there, I’ll definitely not be returning to a Dibella’s location. What a horrible experience!

Former employee was fired for bringing home 1 sub after being told by other crew members that you can bring subs home management is very poor training consisted of watching videos and no on the job 1 on 1 training some crew members were nice others would give attitude if you asked them a simple question like where something is when the Gm never gave a tour around the building the place has been found to have bugs in there subs and there new online process has caused nothing but complaints from customers all in all I do not recommend dibellas very average food and poor service
I ordered a two meat sub. I got one meat and it’s the skimpiest sub I’ve ever had from Dibellas. First time getting a sub from this location. Disappointed.
