My husband and I frequent this Dunkin for our Saturday morning coffee. For some reason Dunkin can’t seem to stay consistent with their coffee, no matter where we go. We will get spot on coffee that taste great one week and then the next, it’s bitter and as if they forgot the flavor. I feel like training is important when preparing a flavored coffee. Clearly reading the order as well. The staff is always nice. We never have a problem with that. I just wish they’d be more consistent when making coffee, by giving full actual coffee syrup pumps instead of a squirt or completely forgetting the syrup altogether. Which I believe is what happy me this weekend.

I always make the wrong decisions. I know I should not come to this Dunkin. I know I should drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to another Dunkin. It would still be faster than the line at this place. It is always soooooooo slow. Then the coffee might be okay. Oh why did I do this to myself this morning. Absolutely the worst Dunkin I've been to and it sucks cause it's the closest to me.

Food is what's expected. Service is ALWAYS slow, not many friendly employees. The atmosphere is as expected for being attached to a gas station. The refreshers are always made correctly and our orders are usually correct. It's a Dunkin, it serves its purpose.

They didn't have the food item I ordered, they figured that out after I pulled through to the drive thru window. It took 22 min for the 3 Cars in front of me to move. I asked for a receipt but Colleen just walked away, looks at me from the middle of the restaurant, like why are you still here and proceeds to take someone else's order. She didn't come back to the window, nope, just turns away and walks off. So I wait 2 min, thinking she'll come back, bc she saw me waiting, but no, she didn't. Considering it was taking 7 min a person, I drove off. Save yourself the headache and go to a location that knows how to work a drive thru.

Usually a good stop, last few times the person handing out food/drinks has been very cold or brisk. Orders are usually pretty quick and rarely wrong.

This location needs to get it together in the mornings. While everyone is super nice, I have waited 20 minutes in the drive through line . Once you’re in the line you can’t get out because of the car wash.

Always a ridiculously long wait

I had Order an iced coffee and when i was served a hot one i let Them know it was suppose to be iced. The young man working told me i waited after my card was charged to tell him because it’s cheaper for a hot one. I wasn't Trying to save a buck but made me feel uncomfortable on a mistake from his end. I go Here almost every morning and never experience that in my life. Might just take the longer route to go to a different one from now on.
