EVERYTHING ON THIS ORDER WAS WRONG. We ordered 3 pancake wraps, RECEIVED TWO NORMAL TORTILLA ONES, ordered two hashbrowns, and got ONE. Don't go here.

The worst location ! Always check your receipts. I used a reward and points were taken and money didnt come off. It was a complete mystery to them. I had to talk to 3 different people and my problem was never solved. My coffee was cold and inaccurate.

Served absolutely burnt food. There is no way they didn't see it! Caramel macchitto was almost white. Didn't even qualify as flavored milk.

Never going to this dunkin again. Can't have eggs on my sandwich due to allergy. Lady at the counter completely ignored me saying have them change their glove as they make it only to physically watch them making it without changing gloves or cleaning the area they are making it on. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT HEALTH OR ANYBODY.

On the morning of 9/16/23, I visited this location to order 3 boxes of coffee....I was running late and didn't call ahead. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, not only filling my order, but helping me carry out to my car. I can't thank everyone enough for your fantastic service. It was so appreciated!

Is any Dunkin good anymore second bad experience food wise in a row from a different location I got several things but my croissant is burnt they just had someone complain and had to remake a sandwich from being burnt. My bad for not opening it up and checking didn't think I had to. Then my bacon is just warm not even crispy at all just flimsy and warm. I think I'm done with Dunkin all together at this point. This review really don't mean anything as nothing ever comes of them but same cookie cutter response. But this is to let fellow paying customers know to check their food because what you pay for isn't what you get and clearly people serving it don't care but I bet they wouldn't eat it. Seems they cater more to drive thru than people standing in line. They Literally walk by you as if your not there. Not asking for superior service but an acknowledgement and service would be nice. And since when does asking for coffee require state hot or cold... coffee comes one way "Hot". If I wanted cold would say ice coffee .....

Love DD hot chocolate, but rarely get it because 3 out of 5 times I'm driving away with someone's coffee. Every time I call to tell them, they ask for me to come back (I'm at work now) or give my name which is what I do. No "sorry for the inconvenience" or "sorry you're going to taste coffee in your mouth for the whole day". And lordy if you don't call them right away or you explain whet happened the next morning because then you get the silent treatment and stink eye from the manager while she's sizing you up and begrudgingly gives me what I should have had yesterday...I never leave there feeling ok.

This dunkin donuts is convenient for me and the food is usually fresh. The customer service isn't bad as well.
