My partner and I came here on a whim while we were driving through the area. That was one of the best decisions we've ever made, what an absolute treat this place was!
My partner had the AM Landfill and I had the chicken fried steak, and without a doubt, both were beyond any expectations we could have ever had. Mine was perfectly crunchy without a touch of soggy moisture, paired with comfortingly warm sausage gravy, eggs over easy and choice of potatoes cooked to an absolute perfection and made with love, skill, and care. A side of homemade wheat bread with homemade raspberry jam was as fantastic as dessert.
We left absolutely stuffed with one of the best breakfasts we've ever had. Thank you, every single one of you, for this experience!
Editing to add, we'll be coming back too this town just for this place for the rest of our days. We currently live about 40 minutes away and this is beyond worth that trip.
Durfs is one of Fairport's staples. The food and prices are reasonable, the service is great. Just be prepared to wait 😉 but it is worth it!!
Great prices and delicious!!
always great food, great service.
Best breakfast I've had in a long time. Everything sounded so good that we upgraded and combined two of their specials. It was so worth it!
Great local diner, good food
Funky little eatery. Met friends for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. A little pricey but delicious
The food is wonderful, the employees are kind, the atmosphere reminds me of a lodge.

Fantastic lowkey breakfast and lunch location or that has great weekly specials!
The home fries are kind of weak You either can get pre-made fried potatoes or skillet grilled which neither one are fantastic but everything else has been spot on!
They generally do a great job of getting people in and out and are very quick The food is great and it's affordable 8 out of 10!
My only real gripe is that I wish they'd put a lock on the men's room door lol.
Update 10/13
Stopped in for breakfast again and everything was so good !
Cinnamon swirl french toast were so good!
The bacon was a bit overdone and I wish they had better home fries but they are SO welcoming and affordable end every thing else really is awesome. The fried home fries are pretty standard but better than nothing!

Just a plain town diner with some damn good breakfasts. 1 star off atmosphere since I've seen better bathrooms in dive bars at 4am.

Food was good, borderline great. Service was better than average. It's a little difficult to find because it's in a building shared with another business tucked in behind a gas station. ADVICE - Advertise your location a little more aggressively

Food was great...there is a waitress who thinks she is a stand up comedian...very brash and rude...at first it was a little funny but turned annoying pretty quick...home made bread with raspberry jam was exceptional...probably won't return
Good food every time. Nice offering of local goods. Friendly staff.
