Faircraft Brauhaus

We've been to the Faircraft Brauhaus on several occasions and have loved it each time. The food is incredible! I've been to Germany several times and am so excited to have found an authentic Schnitzel! The Finger Lakes Wine Sausage plate was my favorite of the wurst selections, and the Flammkuchens, especially the Rothenburg, are all really tasty. I'm not a beer connoisseur myself, but other people in our parties have raved about the vast selection of German brews and the taste of them. The staff has always been friendly and attentive, and the venue itself is beautiful. I recommend Faircraft Brauhaus to all of our friends and community members.

I went here with my friend on a week night. It was not very busy. It was a cute place, my friend said that there is music there. It's in a good location . I got the holiday sour and it was very good. My friend got her favorite ham and cheese wrap. The Cesar wrap was very good as were the homemade chips.

A large group of us from a local church had a beer tasting then dinner at Faircraft Brauhaus recently. The beer and presentation by the brewmaster were terrific as was the pretzel and mustard served with the beer. Amy helped organize the event, served the beer and pretzels and took our dinner orders afterwards. Her attention to detail and service were really great and much appreciated. The Brauhaus offers a fun place, great beer and food with a lot room and even music at specific times. Thanks to all at the Brauhaus for making our event memorable!

We’ve eaten here many times over the last year and half and has always been amazing. Not sure what happened tonight. Took almost 2 hours to get two dinners and had to constantly ask to get a new drink. Was an off night for sure, have historically been great but tonight was so off that I need to question the next time I go back. 5 stars generally, 1 star tonight.

Great place to hang out with friends, especially on the covered patio. I like the ciders and pretzels best.

We have visited multiple times and always love the vibe, food and drinks!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The owner is often there sharing information about German beers and working to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves. Food is always fresh with both authentic and twist to make american food unique. Beers come in a wide variety and are very good. The NA beer is good could use a few more options. Live music and local artists are well supported by Faircraft! Lots of board games available to add to the welcoming experience.

Wonderful time with Matthias and his staff. Good food, drink and Gemutlichkeit! Very enjoyable evening.

A biased review since I am German and fond of Lagers :-)
There are always about 10+ on-site brewed beers on tap. Normally a large variety of Ales and Lagers and I always find at least two varieties for myself ( and my wife picks others ).
Food is "pub fare" with my favorite being Currywurst (Sausage in a spicy curry sauce) which is an intermediate between the German versions from Berlin and the Ruhrvalley ( so neither or both areas can complain :-) ). Wifey is more into the German Plate ( what a Rochester garbage plate would look like if it spoke German )
Also, every Friday they have a special beer "in keg" which is a variation ( eg: added hops, Glenlivet wood, ...) of their normal beer.
Overall: a highly recommended venue.

Favorite place to grab a brew in Fairport. The Intrepid Blonde Coffee Stout is the beer to try if it's available.

We recently celebrated my husband’s upcoming retirement at Faircraft Brauhaus. Everything was fantastic! The service was outstanding as well as the selections of appetizers for our guests. They offer a variety of foods to please every palate. Everyone really enjoyed the selections of beers, wine and ciders. Amy did a wonderful job coordinating this event for us. Thank you for making this milestone event so memorable!

First timers here and found it to be exceptional. Awesome food, great beer selection and kid friendly. Noah Barnard was the guest artist and entertained us all. Great laid back summer night for all.

Good food and lots of beer options. Tons of space inside and out. Live music some nights and cans of beer to go. Board games available.
