I love the beer but don't come here when live music is playing if you want to have a conversation. Way too loud. And Sat 4/6 it took us nearly an hour to get 4 pretzels that were distinctly small. The owner stood around and didn't help wait staff to serve food. Totally get being understaffed but help your staff if you're the owner and things are behind.

Of all the breweries in Fairport, Faircraft Brauhaus is by far my favorite. I tend to like more traditional European beers, I think Faircraft has some of the best in the area. Their Munich Helles and Vienna Lager are outstanding; if I feel like something a little darker the Schwarzbier is also a favorite. My wife loves their Hefeweizen. They offer something for everyone including IPAs and Sours, as well as wine, cider and other beverages. Most of the menu is in the German tradition, one of only a few places in the Finger Lakes region offering authentic German food. I believe their sausages come from Swan Market in Rochester. Most nights there is live music to enjoy a few beers and dinner with.Plenty of space with a nice patio area when the weather allows. I highly recommend a visit when in the Fairport area.

Went there for the first time to listen to a jazz band just this week. Music was great. Service and food was lousy. Whom ever thinks what they're serving is German food, they are sadly mistaken. Some pretty bad stuff. The curry knock wurst sounded great but the execution was terrible. Do you guys know what curry is? The pork snitzel is not that hard to pull off, but they struggled to come close to the real thing. Understaffed wait staff doesn't help either. Good concept but not recommended. Hint to owners: go to Germany and see how it's really done.

Beer and German food - who could ask for a better evening! The sausages are delicious and the staff is very helpful! Many beer selections as well as special unboxing events! Such a great place.

A very busy night for wait staff but they were amazing. Bar staff also..Kitchen was slammed but they got all food out asfast as they could. Definitely a place to go
Great staff & impeccable vibes. Best crisp clean beer styles in the Rochester area. Food is also amazing, highly recommend the Caesar salad and for the adventurous, the German plate.

My husband and I decided to try some new breweries in the Fairport area tonight and Faircraft was a great end to the night! We didn’t have food but there were a few menu options that caught our eye.The beer was delicious! I loved the frostbite sour they had. We loved the atmosphere as well and the soundproofing in their facility. Our bartender was also very friendly! We will be back!
