Fairport Hots is amazing! I hired them for my daughter's grad party and they were so delicious, efficient, and wonderful to deal with. We have zero complaints. Will hire them again.

I hired Fairport Hots food truck for my Dads 90th birthday party. Joe and staff came to the party and were very efficient. Everything was top notch .The food was great and guests were given lots of options. Joe really went out of his way to talk to my Dad and made him feel very special on his birthday. Use to be a great place to stop in, but the quality of the food has gone down tremendously. Burgers were dry/tough as if they were cooked the day before and thrown on the plate. They also had a funk to them like they were old. The cheese wasn't even melted to the patty. Way to expensive for the size and quality of the trash plate. It was small. Overall was bad

We ordered hot dogs when we went there this week. The dogs came and when we went to bite into them, the skin on them was so thick, you couldn't bite through them. It felt like they were wrapped in rubber. My girlfriend didn't even finish hers she was so upset. I was so hungry I ate all of mine but it left a bad taste in my mouth afterward. What a terrible hot dog. The owner needs to serve skinless hot dogs. We won't be back until I hear they will serve skinless hot dogs from now on.

I ordered 2 plates the same but one with beans and extra meat hot and they did NOT put meat hot on it they put extra onions
Quite possibly one of the best plates I've had in terms of flavor.. period. Even their wraps and subs are good quality. Love to see that.
However..... Their plates don't come with hot sauce by default. Idk who's idea that was but it's a pretty bad one. Promise you Fairport hots is the ONLY place in Rochester that doesn't serve a plate standard with hot sauce. The guy told me you had to ask for it. Lol whaaat?? Well then you're not selling garbage plates. You're selling ham/hots with beans and fries.
Not the end of the world but it's really strange to see. I'd highly recommend you change this. Or at least list your food as coming without hot sauce.
Idk if it's just a means to save money or what but I know I'm not the only person to complain about this. C'mon guys!!
Update: This place consistently messes my order up lol. It's pure torture their food is so good but they can't get an order right.
Update 2: This place is the most stingy with their hot sauce, I paid for an extra scoop and got like two half scoops. Paid $17...
Good hot sauce but won't return on principal.

Awful service. I ordered two of their pricey milkshakes for myself and for my boyfriend. They made them before our food was ready and didn’t give them to us until our food was being handed to us. Therefore they were sitting for 20-30 minutes and when we them got them, they tasted like straight milk. So we ask the cashier if there’s anyway they could remake these, she goes back and asks the manager, comes back out and says “I’m sorry but he said if you want new ones you need to pay for them or come back tomorrow to get a refund” The coward wouldn’t even come out and speak to us directly. I never got the name of that man but wow, just completely unacceptable. We didn’t bother with the refund. Not worth the confrontation. However we have not and will never go back.

As someone who loves a good plate this is one of my favorite spots in Rochester. The food is always consistent, and the prices/deals are some of the best around. Next time you're hungry go in and get a bacon cheeseburger plate (trust me)

Horrible! Lousy service and I tipped them well. Three teenagers who had no idea what they were doing. Pizza logs and cheeseburger plate were cold. All this after we waited over 25 mins for our food.

Food is good. Service is so bad it could win awards. I've eaten here many times and the service is so terrible. Here are a few examples:
I walked in to pick up an order I placed over the phone. I walk up the counter and two people are behind there who look at me and just look away. Only do they engage me when the manager walks in and asks why I am not being helped. These people were about four feet away from me.
I walk in to pick up a phone order and the guy behind the counter takes a while to turn around and when he does he just looks at me. I say "I'm here to pick up an order for ____". He doesn't say anything just stares at me for a second, grabs my order and puts it on the counter and promptly turns around. Never said a word the whole exchange, just acted like I was a major inconvenience the whole time.
Today was the final straw. I called with a simple order for pickup. A girl picks up and cuts me off asking if she can put me on hold for a minute. I say sure. Over five minutes later I just decided to hang up because it's not worth my time.
Im not one to write bad reviews but this place leaves me in awe from how bad their service is time and time again. I wish they could get the service right because I do like their garbage plate.
