This is the third time in the last month I've had bad luck/service here. This one was over the top that I can not contain. I told the guy at the register I want... Double bacon cheeseburger plate with double home fries and extra hot sauce. This is what I got... The cook even asked the cashier several times what I wanted. And I told him at least 6 times my order and what I wanted. I was confused because he was trying to sell me something different, yet I exclaimed exactly what I wanted! I still got the wrong order!!! I live 30 minutes away so it's not easy for me to go and complain. However the fact that this is now a normal occurrence at the once nice Establishment puts it in the rankings of Henrietta hots which is also terrible

Usually great food here. Went there tonight and there were tons of fruit flies flying around. You could see many around the ketchup dispenser. Fruit flies can carry e-coli. They should probably do something about all the bugs in their restaurant. Gross.

They need to hire copitent workers. For the second time ive had them lie to my face about my order not sitting on the counter for 25min while i give them my name and wait. I asked the chia pet at the front how long it has been sitting and he has just enough brain cells to lie and say 2 min. I sat there for 25 min. Its obviously there is no control or care in this place. If i didnt have a pregnant wife waiting at home i would have tried to get it remade but its her bday and im not letting this place ruin it more.

My sister and law and I went there tonight. The place was clean and the servers extremely nice and professional. Unfortunately the food was lacking. Her burger was overcooked and dry. There were not enough sweet potato fries for the extra dollar she paid and she paid $7.06 for a handful of funnel cake fries. We were very disappointed.

Late night loaded hotdog run. Husband ordered chili (as it's what they order in his home state) He actually meant Meat Hot, I didn't even realize it until we unwrapped hotdogs and what I ordered was what he wanted. Food was made to order & received nice n hot

Lil chubby girl had a attitude have been coming there for awhile because how close it is but that kinda tipped me over especially when they have the worst mac salad/meat sauce in Rochester. Only thing consistent is the food being bad using the cheapest ingredients and you can taste it id rather drive further for some decent food and good service
Was really excited to try my first ever garbage plate, but unfortunately had my dreams crushed. I was shorted one white hot and my drink. Waited for 20 minutes when there was maybe 2 other customers while the employees play fought behind the counter and watched Rango :(

Fairport Hots is amazing! I hired them for my daughter's grad party and they were so delicious, efficient, and wonderful to deal with. We have zero complaints. Will hire them again.

Worst hotdogs I’ve ever had. I didn’t know it was possible to make them so bad. They were extremely chewy and hard. The skin was so rubbery when you tried to bite through it, it would go between your teeth like floss. Tasted they were months old and overcooked them to be ok. Of the 3 ordered only two were correct. 1 chili cheese, 1 cheese, 1 plain with ketchup but came with ketchup, mustard, onions, and chili. Not good for someone who does like all the extra stuff. Will not return.
