Everyone has their own preference for garbage plates. For our family it's Fairport Hots. Easily the most consistently good plates and, regardless of the different ways we all like them, they are always exactly as requested. They also don't burn the burgers (are you listening, Salvatore's?) and they offer junior plates for people who aren't as hungry as I always am. And they're quick. If you order takeout, get in your car when you hang up the phone.

They have THE BEST MEAT HOT SAUCE I HAVE HAD IN MY LIFE!! *WARNING* It IS ACTUALLY a REAL DEAL SPICY sauce!! Not a watery, greasy wanna-be!! They also make a GREAT Mac salad!! Not that slopping around in a tiny hint of mayo with possibly a water-logged soggy carrot shaving... no sir NOT Fairport Hots!! The Mac salad WITH hot meat sauce on top SMACK YA MOMMA GOOD!! The staff was SUPER NICE also!! Im the crazy lady who thought she had her bank card and didnt and was panicking digging for cash in my purse (that I found btw!). Keep up the GREAT WORK!!

The food was awesome. Garbage plates of all size with curly fries as an option.
The dude at the counter was super chill. Got to talking and said the owners are considering a food challenge.
The owner I think her name is Ashley was super nice.
I look forward to trying the Godfather plate and meeting her hubby.

I think I found my new spot for garbage plate. I was introduced to you a week ago and I'm very impressed. It has heat in the hot sauce which I like. It was excellent. It's now definitely a staple highly recommend

I ordered onion rings and I got seasonend fries - I called to complain- they said bring it back and the refund me - the whole purpose of the ordering there was for the onion rings - bring it back was the wrong answer - I am on my linch break - customer service sucks

This is the third time in the last month I've had bad luck/service here. This one was over the top that I can not contain. I told the guy at the register I want... Double bacon cheeseburger plate with double home fries and extra hot sauce. This is what I got... The cook even asked the cashier several times what I wanted. And I told him at least 6 times my order and what I wanted. I was confused because he was trying to sell me something different, yet I exclaimed exactly what I wanted! I still got the wrong order!!! I live 30 minutes away so it's not easy for me to go and complain. However the fact that this is now a normal occurrence at the once nice Establishment puts it in the rankings of Henrietta hots which is also terrible

Didn't eat the food but they let us play magic the gathering so that was sick as hell.
Usually great food here. Went there tonight and there were tons of fruit flies flying around. You could see many around the ketchup dispenser. Fruit flies can carry e-coli. They should probably do something about all the bugs in their restaurant. Gross.

They need to hire copitent workers. For the second time ive had them lie to my face about my order not sitting on the counter for 25min while i give them my name and wait. I asked the chia pet at the front how long it has been sitting and he has just enough brain cells to lie and say 2 min. I sat there for 25 min. Its obviously there is no control or care in this place. If i didnt have a pregnant wife waiting at home i would have tried to get it remade but its her bday and im not letting this place ruin it more.
