“Had the bang bang shrimp tacos from the food truck, with a mango salsa inside and they were very delicious. A few things I would change to make it better at holding up.. the tortillas were obviously not warmed which was a surprise upon picking the taco up. After the first bite it started to rip because it was cold. Also, when adding the slaw to the taco, you shouldn't get so much of the slaw dressing in there.. it all ran out and pooled into the food tray... the amount of liquid was excessive! I still gave 5 stars because the shrimp was bangin and it still was a great tasting taco! ??“

“Weeknights, they're $6 apiece *with fries*. And it's sooooo good. The chicken is really spicy, nice and crispy too. The bleu cheese dressing and homemade pickles, I could die happy. Takeout service was fast, friendly, and safe! Last time I wasn't a huge fan of everything they did, but looks like I ordered the wrong thing.“

“When planning our wedding we realized we would love to have pizza there and thought what better way to do it then to have a pizza food truck. Tuscan Wood Fired Pizza was the truck we went with for this and it was a huge hit. Tony was great to work with and everyone loved the pizza! He also brought a wooden pizza peel for our guests to sign which is now hanging in our kitchen. We love it!“
