Pizza is fantastic and the people are even better. The staff have always engaged my kids when we pick up. My five year old got home and said “best day ever” and my 7 year old was raving about the pizza. It’s also a favorite of the parents.

Kid-friendliness: Staff was great with my 5 and 7 year old while picking up the pizza we ordered.

Pizza is decent. $16 for 2 slices is absurd. They are more expensive than NYC. Full on price gouging. That was my last visit.

Delicious pizza. Pretty much the closest thing I've had to actual Brooklyn style pizza around here (yes I'm comparing this to pizza I've had in NYC). Everything is flavorful and veggies don't have that frozen microwave taste like they do at Dominos or Papa John's.

Updating review years later, now pizzas have less toppings and cost has skyrocketed. Not as good as they used to be.

I called early for a 7pm pickup. Was kindly asked to pay, which I did. Got there at 7... wings were not even started Apologies abound but...fill in the blank...I must amend this post it is not the Brighton store but the Henrietta store

The perinton location I just found out recently changed ownership and management. it has been at least a year since I've been there since the food was so horrible then, this new management is awesome and their food is even better

Kid-friendliness: The new owner is wonderful, and his team is family oriented

This is our go-to place as one of the few pizza shops in the Rochester area that makes NY Style pizza. Make sure to order the Brooklyn Thin-Crust and ask for a well-done crust if you want char on the bottom.

I know the price of everything went up these days but $4.50 for a cheese slice? Seriously?? and $3.25 for a 20oz. bottle of coke what is this the airport?! And when you question the cost the guy who probably hates his job just flips the screen around to show you an “itemized statement”. You can say something like “you gotta do what you gotta do, huh?” And he just roll his eyes- no sympathy no nothing just attitude like “you don’t like it, tough! Feel free to go somewhere else!” Thank you sir I will ? (unbelievable)

We have been customers for years, but the food has been consistently going down hill for the last year or so. The biggest problem is the inconsistency, half our orders are doughy and undercooked for both pizza and calzones. The calzones are often missing cheese - the main ingredient. Ordering through a delivery service is a joke - the poor drivers get stuck waiting for the food as the order gets pushed back over and over and you get your food an hour or more later than originally quoted. Even when we try to avoid delivery service and do pick up ourselves, the experience is the same, but now has us sitting and waiting. Unfortunately last night was the last straw - their long time customers are now moving on to find another pizza spot in town. Super disappointing because it used to be great.

I rarely rate pizza, felt this was good enough it was worth an exception. Grew up in nyc area. I know a good slice and have been searching for it since I’ve moved here. I’ve done other joes locations. This one is by far the best one and to date the best slice I’ve had in town. Sauce is more flavorful and crust was not floppy and had good crisp. Highly recommend giving them a try.

I tried to order twice through these guys. First was with doordash.. my delivery time kept pushing and pushing further out. doordash wouldnt let me get a refund until it was 90 minutes late. fortunately I got my money backSo we tried ordering a pickup order through their website.. we get out there and they say they dont have my order, they insist that i ordered at the wrong location until I read them their address from my receipt.I spoke to the 'manager' on duty and they said they'd follow up to get my money back and i never heard from them again - now i have to go dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money backapparently, if you want to eat here, go in and place your order in person or be prepared to be disappointed and frustrated.

Pizza is pretty decent, but the service sucks. Walked in and ordered two large and they said it would be done in 30 min. Went next door to bar and kill time. Came back 40 min later and they hadn’t even started the order. Waited another 20 min. My biggest bone of contention is the workers didn’t apologize and had zero empathy. Like had a “tough deal with it” attitude.

Stopped there the other day… pizza at best was just OK, nothing out of the ordinary. A bit skimpy on the toppings. 2 slices were $12.38… ridiculously overpriced. I’m surprised they’re still in business.
