Waited 15 minutes in the drive-through with no cars behind me.. Literally, nobody else in the drive-through at all. Had to walk into the restaurant and ask where my food was. Employee came out granted and stuffed the food into the window. No apology nothing. Finally got home order wasn’t even right anyway. Completely missed a big Mac. I understand time issues and even mistakes happen when you’re busy, but there was literally nobody else there and you guys couldn’t even get it right

We went through the drive-through And we asked for the grinch box meal And they said they won’t come back for another week, but by the time that happens, they will probably be discontinued which they will need to step up in keeping supply

For a McDonald’s they were better than most. The food was fresh the service was great. The lady at the window was pleasant even with doing more than one job at once.

Took forever, got my order wrong, and manager is miserable and rude.
Ordered curbside since the drive thru was wrapped around. I was actually the first and only one there at 9:05. At 9:06, I get an alert saying my order is on the way. As 10 plus mins go by, 3 more vehicles show up for curbside. Finally at 9:25, my order arrives curbside. 🙌 🤦♂️ Definitely not fast food and not even an apology for the extremely long wait time. Service was garbage today!!!

Placed my take out order today at 9:42 AM today; finally received my order at 10:17 AM but my order was incorrect and had to wait for them to correct it. I finally left with my correct order at 10:19 AM.
Received no apologies from any staff member for my time and trouble, and this was NOT my first problem at this McDonalds. I will no longer do any more business with this McDonald’s location. PLEASE don’t use this McDonalds location! PLEASE! The Manager and the entire staff should be removed, better yet CLOSE it down.

Was told to hold on...Sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes.Finally drive around and no line the back drive thru window was wide open and Noone in site. Left. The drive thru is always an extremely long wait in this case there was no line.
