Amazing ice cream, amazinger customer service! We came here a couple weeks ago with family and the ice cream was so good that we just drove back from Brockport for more. To the guy who served us brown sugar oat around 8pm on Friday 7/12/25--you're the best!

The ice cream itself was solid, nothing special but fine. However, the staff was extremely rude. They refused to give out samples (which is honestly part of the ice cream-buying experience) and when I asked for a cup instead of a cone, the employee acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about and said he “couldn’t put it in a coffee cup.”

There are plenty of other great ice cream spots around, so I’d avoid supporting this place in the future....

The ice cream was fine. I have never been to an ice cream shop that didn't offer samples tho. Weird take.

One of the joys of going to an ice cream shop is trying a couple flavors to figure out what you want.
