They forget the silverware in the drive-thru all the time. Not sure how that happens, but it does. Not a fan of eating my salad with my fingers and drinking my soup like it’s a cup of water.

Been thru the drive thru two separate times. The first time they forgot my silverware. I had to eat my salad with my fingers and soup like a drink. Went back again. After they handed me the bag I asked if they put silverware in this time, because it was forgotten last time. He goes oh I don’t think so, I open it up and lo and behold, no silverware again. Not sure how they could mess up twice in a row on different days but it happened. If you choose to use the drive-thru make sure you check for silverware.
TLDR: they forget the silverware in the drive-thru. Make sure you double check before you leave.

Clean environment, professional service and great food! We enjoyed our lunch. The soup was fantastic - full of flavour, and definitely NOT diluted.
Toilets were clean too. Recommended!

I have been going to Panera in Fairport for years. This is one of the cleanest ones, especially compared to 12 Corners in Brighton. The bagels don't seem to be as fresh as they once were (I presume they are frozen and baked the night before). It has become much less affordable for an actual meal the past 2 years. I am always surprised at the cost
Love Panera bread! GREAT FOOD! But it is pricey. If you got the loot. Go get a great sandwich, or a huge salad. Or some great soup. 👍

When ordering online be be sure to check your others before leaving the store. I think they rely on people not asking for their actual order cause they don't see what inside the packaging until they let home. There completely gave me the wrong order last time I ordered. Previous time luckily I was still in the store and had been fix their work but last time they have me the wine items completely. Forever trying to call to say y for hellot or find a customer service help online. They only have a FAQ customer service page. They are the worst when it comes to remedy their mistake of giving wrong orders. No help available if you took your order home only to discover the mistake. Barsr on this, agents thoroughly inspect every ord as they can't be trusted
