My first time trying Perinton Hots and my last time. I got a 2 cheeseburger garbage plate, and it was horrible. Home fries had no salt on them or any type of flavor whatsoever, the patties were a lot smaller than expected and it looks like they just threw the cheese ontop and didn’t even let it melt. They skimped on the toppings. Definitely not worth the 25 min drive and the $15 price. I can get double the garbage plate for 10$ from a restaurant closer to home.

Ive been ordering from here for years and get the same thing every time, the sampler!
It has been a comfort meal for me and every time its warm and so welcoming. I have never once had an issue with my food throughout the many years ive been ordering it. Its always been amazing and filling!

placed an order at 12:57am on a saturday night, it is now 3:16am, no signs of the order. the phone line is completely dead. L Perinton Hots. Bet ownership doesn’t respond to this either, completely embarrassing for your staff & establishment.
I've been here a few times over the years. Food has always been great and cooked like it should. I went 2 days in a row a busy night and a quiet night. Food was not what it used to be. It is a shame because they're one of the very few places to get food for late night workers

My husband and I LOVE perinton hots, we have been ordering from here for 2 years since he works late nights and it’s yummy and convenient. But I don’t know if there was a turn over in the kitchen but the food hasn’t been as good as it normally is, and the last time I ordered my onion rings were so soggy I had to put them in the air fryer and I ordered the Mac and cheese bites and got Mac salad instead. Very disappointed. I really hope this was just a few bad luck orders for us.

They allow teenage customers to run the show. Zero control over their dining area. The woman running the register takes her sweet time talking to teenagers instead of taking orders then insults you. Frozen patties. Bland food. They even skimp on the meat hot for a garbage plate in Rochester! Pathetic! 17$ down the drain.
