Loud and crowded inside and took 25 minutes for my simple coffee because they forgot to put it on the counter and then didn't have the flavor I asked for.

Lovely service. Staff were incredibly friendly. As for Target instore cafes go this is one of the better ones. It’s extremely popular amongst locals. While small they still offer many of the amenities that the full sized retail stores do. I got my friend a gift here today and she absolutely loved it. I will most certainly be coming back.
