Placed a mobile order this morning because I was ordering 4 drinks and didn’t want to mess them up when ordering. When I pulled through the drive thru I was given an attitude at the speaker for not giving enough time before arriving for my mobile order (I didn’t realize there was a big difference between ordering ahead and ordering at the speaker). There were only two cars ahead of me in the drive thru and when I pulled up the same person did not greet me, started handing me 4 drinks without a drink tray, and rolled her eyes when I asked for one. Did not say a single work to me or offer straws, just ignored me. I’m sorry for inconveniencing this store with a $30 coffee order and I’ll be sure not to do it again.
I'm not a frequent flyer at Starbucks and also getting used to using the app. I stopped in about 10:15am. No line. I wanted to add money to my app and also purchase a drink. The person who waited on me spoke so fast, super impatient and just unfriendly. Didn't seem happy to be there. Perhaps having a bad morning. I shared how I was feeling, i.e. not happy, with the employee and their response to me was "I'm not happy either". Spoke to the managers about my experience and found their response to be underwhelming.
Note to Starbucks: Take items off your menu when they are no longer available.
Needless to say, I won't be going to this particular Starbucks again.

Horrible experience, you can definitely tell that the quality of Starbucks has tanked. Not only did they keep me waiting outside through the drive-thru without any communication. Once I got inside the building they helped the first three orders in front of me.

I stood at the counter, no one else in line. There were five associates working. No one acknowledged I was even there. I waited a total of five minutes, no one asked how they could help, no one asked what I wanted.
I walked out. Never to return again.

While waiting to make things easier, when we got to the speaker the person was extremely rude and told us we needed to order 10-15 minutes in advance even though we were sitting in line for a while, we got lectured for making their job easier, we probably won’t come back to this location

This Starbucks specifically has terrible service, 4/5 times I come in and they either mess up my order, or forget to give me my order, I'llGet me drink wait for my food go up ask them for my food then say "I didn't see you order a sandwich or whatever I order that day" they check and they see my order. I'll be up ready to order and I'll see them staying and talking, no one says a I'll be with you in a minute. My order was messed up at this Starbucks, I went to the penfield Starbucks, they fixed it FOR FREE. For the amount of money I spend here this is not worth it at all, go to the penfield Starbucks.
So the morning crew is actually great but the evening crew always messes up my order (always ordered in advance via app so they can literally read it) and is rude in general. I finally said something this last time, yesterday, because the drink was to cheer up my teen whose cat is in the emergency pet hospital. When I told her she put on things that weren't supposed to be in it, she gave me the snarkiest 'i don't care, so?' look and didn't even respond - just stared at me - so I walked out and will, in future, go out of my way to go to another location.Hire workers that can read and want to be there. Whoever was there yesterday at 4pm doesn't fit that.

Manager does not understand concept of light ice. Says he will have to up-charge to add more milk/espresso to an already ridiculously priced drink. If you don’t honor options on the app then remove them!!! Drive the extra few minutes to Victor or Pittsford where their manager understands what he/she/they are doing.

No longer inside the bank!!!
To say I am not a morning person is an understatement! However, I am just leaving the drive through and they absolutely made my day. The person that waited on me had the greatest most upbeat energy. And there was a special surprise on my cup. I feel like folks are all too eager to complain about negative experiences these days and I just wanted to share that this might have been a simple transaction for them, but it really brightened my day!
