Man I've been to a lot of Starbuck around the country, and I must say this has been my best experience! A special shoutout to the store manager, who doing an outstanding job leading the team. You can really feel the positive culture here—from how staff interact with customers to how seamlessly everything operates. It’s clear the manager sets a high standard and genuinely cares about both the employees and the customer experience. My order was not quite right and this manager step right in and fixt it immediately!
This location is a great example of how a well-run Starbucks should be. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Really gone downhill since management changed. The old manager made sure to know frequent customers by name and always resolved problems with a smile. New manager is always rude and condescending and the staff just generally seems miserable since she took over. I have been going to Starbucks in this plaza since I was a little girl when it was inside Citizens, so I've been holding out for a while hoping that it was just them adjusting, but I'm over it. Penfield is faster, more accurate, and the workers are nicer - my advice is to go there instead
They need to learn how to make drinks. Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frap. It suppose to have whipped cream on bottom and crunchy things and then whipped cream on top. Had no crunchy things at all and only whipped cream on top. If I pay almost 8 dollars for a drink I want it made correctly

Got two drinks we get all the time. I had to return my drink three times. I got a venti ice Carmel latte with cold foam. We got the drinks they didnt put cold foam on it, then they didn’t add the Carmel. We also got a grande vanilla bean Frappuccino with two shots of expresso and got basically a cup of whip cream with a shot in it. Was not at all enjoyable to attempt to drink. We also sat in line at the window for 10 minutes.

I have been sitting in the drive-thru for 35 minutes. No exaggeration. When I finally arrived at the window not only was my order not ready, but I had to place it again. The poor girl on DT should not be training alone on a Sunday afternoon. Our food order came out incorrectly (meat supposed to be removed), as well as the drink. We ordered 3 items and the only correct one was the box of apple juice. There was a complete lack of communication and sense of urgency. As a former SM, I'm disappointed the direction this Sbux seems to be taking lately...

⭐☆☆☆☆ If there were an award for world-class terrible customer service, this Starbucks would win it—hands down. This location serves nothing but bad customer service. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at any Starbucks today. When I pulled up to the window, the barista had my drink in her hand but stood there talking to another employee for about a full minute—completely ignoring me. No greeting, no smile, no acknowledgment. She eventually handed me the drink without saying a single word, continuing her precious conversation. I asked her how come they don't write on cups like other locations when she handed me my first drink, and she gave me nothing but a bad attitude. She figured, I'll hold on to his 2nd drink for a minute or two as he waits. Maybe because she didn't like the question.
A friend of mine also today asked someone at the window for a Sharpie tonwrite on the cup and she treated him like garbage. It's never about policies and procedures, it's always about how you treat people when you're following them. Be more respectful.
This kind of service is unacceptable—especially from a brand like Starbucks. You can't be in the business of serving people and give them this kind of treatment. No matter what type of day you're having, you still serve people with a smile. If you can't do that, you shouldn't be in this type of business. I don't see Starbucks lasting very long.

I had a delicious Frappuccino with a shot of espresso and enjoyed it on their outdoor patio.
Anytime I mobile order for this location I end up waiting longer than expected. I got a notification my drink was ready and still waited another 10 minutes after that for it to be ready. A woman that ordered at the counter next to me saw her drink sitting on the work station for over 10 minutes and had to ask for it. 3 customers that seemed to be friends with an employee came in and had their drinks made immediately while others waited. I understand it was busy but it’s not fair to make people wait and the staff was not friendly.

Place needs an update. Service was great. Though I walked in and ordered to stretch my legs, my coffee was made immediately. That never happens, woohoo! But I think I would have been disappointed if I ordered with the App as the line was backed up... Thanks to the Barista who made my coffee pronto!
Fast forward to the review, of my review, and it just goes to show that it's another automated response with no clue of what I was actually saying. No need for an apology, I was basically commenting that the trip was fine, the people were nice and the service was good, but that the place needed a facelift. And I don't believe I worded it in any negative way. Anyway, thanks folks. Maybe have someone check the AI before responding to a Google review.
