Came in at 8 pm for a salad. Man behind the counter had a real crappy attitude, literally throwing the veggies into the bowl. The atmosphere felt so negative. I’m glad I only work out there.

We ordered subs today around 1:10 ...the sandwiches were made perfect to order, labeled and the lady working were super polite and nice. I called after placing my online order to be sure they were toasted and she said we did not need to call but unfortunately not everyone follows subway standard descriptions. So thank you nice lady and great job! Our subs were delicious.

DO NOT place a mobile order for a certain time because you cannot get it earlier if you need to! The system sends the order 10-15 minutes before pickup time. Okay, l understand that part but l had by far the WORST customer service EVER with a man working behind the counter!!

The lady that is here today 10/1 at 11:24...has the worse customer service....because she had an overwhelming online order she didn't greet me until I shook my head and automatically gave attitude...all I'm ordering is a large ice water and will probably be her most simple customer and she was just straight out rude with a tone of an attitude...need nicer people...it's not even busy to be overwhelmed the way she is

I don’t know where to begin but here it goes, last week we went to subway not once but 3 times and each time we went the employees had attitudes, refused to give me extra onions when I was willing to pay for it. They feel sweeping is more important then taking our order. So we ended up walking out . We went to the one on panarama plaza where there’s this nice gentleman took our order. Very polite. Never go to the Fairport one ever again.

She microwaved a chicken teriyaki put sauce on before even getting to anything else and it’s was so teeny

Just horrible customer service. They make you feel like they're doing you a favor. Gave me a problem because I wanted mustard on my bread. If you hate your job so much, find another one. That doesn't require customer service

Ordered two subs and a salad on line at 11am in the morning for a 5:30 pm pick before a concert. Got there at 5 pm to see if we could get our food early. Tried calling 3 times that day. No answer. Walked in and I said hello. No one else in there. Girl kept making sub- didn’t say I will be right with you or it will be just a few minutes - nothing!! Till she was done and then she said what kind of bread do you want. When we asked if we can get our food early they said your order has not come through yet. Evidently if you place an order it does not come in until 10 minutes before the order. They would not make our food that I already paid for. Called owner said no. Sooo we waited until order came in. Once it did come in they made it quickly for us. I guess people have come in before hand picked up there orders and then cancelled them before the original pick up time and got refunded. I will never order on line again and never go to this subway again. Was not a good experience!!

Walked in at 10 after 11 they were not set up told us we had to wait a few mins we did. The employee then started to say we used the wrong door then yelled at us for being in there when they are not ready. The store opens at 830.

Have ordered online three times now, every time they mess something up. EVERYTIME. One time was so bad there was no sauce on the sandwich and multiple ingredients missing.

Good staff, when you order online sandwich is underwhelming. Order a couple of times online and ever time they forget something, like bacon, or to even put sauce on my manwitch.
