.Horrible I asked for bacon extra onions and everything that it come with oh and banana peppers that aren’t on here either.This is pathetic for 16 dollars
Please do not use outdated flat bread and rotting spinach and slimy cucumbers on your subs! It was gross and employee left much to be desired! Rude!!!!!

They don’t accept the footlong coupons. So don’t even bother.
Look, i don’t usually write bad reviews about places because i understand people have off days or whatever but this was absolutely diabolical. The food was fine, don’t get me wrong but the lady was so rude.
As soon as i walked in she asked what i wanted, normal so far, i asked for the pepperoni snack wrap things 2 orders of them and from there it went downhill. Right as she finished making them i let her know id be getting 2 subs as well, mind you there was not a point in this interaction where she had to stop and wait for something to be done cooking or whatever. As soon as i asked that she goes on about how i should have said that in the beginning and how now she has to do all of this other “crap.”
From there she was just slapping stuff on the subs and i heard her curse under her breath about the cheese. Like are you kidding me? She seemed to be heading out for the day right after i walked in but it takes 5 minutes so make my food, and i understand that can be frustrating when someone walks in last minute but also they don’t close for another 8 hours. If it was that big of a deal she could have gotten someone else. I work in retail and i get people can have a bad day or whatever but I would NEVER treat a customer this way. If i was rushing i would simply try to get my task done quickly, not take it out on the customer.

Possibly the worst sub I’ve ever had. “Bread” was stale. The sub was a complete and utter mess (which the woman knew when she made it because she said so) and just plain did not taste good. Would not go back and would not recommend wasting your time or money.

I really didn’t want to come on here and write this, but I feel like I have no other choice. Please read this carefully.
There is a female employee at this location who is, without exaggeration, the rudest person I have ever encountered in customer service. I’m generally very patient and understanding — I know people have off days — but based on other reviews I’ve seen, it appears this is a consistent issue with this particular employee.
When I walked in, she immediately said, “What do you want?” in a tone that was both rude and dismissive — as if it was a surprise that someone would enter a sandwich shop to order a sandwich. I did my best to remain polite and calm, but she made that incredibly difficult.
She slapped some cold chicken on the bread, tossed some cheese on top, sprayed teriyaki sauce over it, and threw it in the toaster. I also got chips and a drink — the chips were the only part of the meal that was even remotely acceptable. The soda was flat and warm, and the ice was sitting in an open bucket beside the machine. The sub itself was cold, unappetizing, and to be honest, I didn’t feel comfortable eating it for safety reasons.
I spent around $16, which feels like money completely wasted. Meanwhile, the employee couldn’t have cared less — she was visibly playing a game on her phone behind the counter as I stood there.
To be perfectly honest, I debated tossing the sandwich in the bathroom trash — that’s how bad the experience was. I chose not to, but I left deeply disappointed.
This location is truly unacceptable. If this employee isn’t addressed — or if she’s actually in charge — then good luck to this store. Not only will I never return to this location, but this experience has completely turned me off from Subway as a whole.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Lady was absolutely rude as hell. At that point I didn’t bother ordering anything else and just walked out. She was extremely rude to my family and many other customers behind AND in front of us. Not one single person did she not have a nasty attitude with.
This is NOT okay.
If you don’t like your job, don’t work there, don’t be rude to your customers.
I sincerely hope management looks at this review.

Store is closed at 7:55 PM on a friday. That is two HOURS before 9:30 which is on the door.
Not only that but previous times I've been here staff has been INCREDIBLY rude or has an attitude.
No mobile order option on app either... This store doesn't allow coupons.
All they are in for is your money.
No wonder your store is likely failing at this location.

They say they are open until 9:30 pm but we’ve been twice in a row now around 8:30 and they’re closed with the sign off and the door locked. Even though the hours on the door (and on Google updated by the business two weeks ago) say 9:30.

Walked in to get some food the service was poor the employee had an attitude I walked in and said hello she never responded then she had the look on her face like she didn't even want to serve me never ever again will I go to that location 1212 Fairport road
Just tried to go and get food at 8:15pm and doors were LOCKED! Online hours and the front door shows 9:30pm.
