WARNING! Upcharging for 2 small sodas when asked for 2 cups of water is unethical buisness practices. Worker said Owners told her to do that. $4.58 for tap water. SHAME, THEIVES. Called owners as stated on receipt, No Response I would AVOID this location at all cost. Price Gouging. SCAVENGERS! Taking advantage of their customers. DONE!

awful. I couldn't bring myself to eat there. the face pierced women with low cut and no sleeves. i saw sweat off your arm/armpit drop either on that mans food or the remaining meat. gross disgusting. how about a uniform, hairnet maybe a shower

Honestly I was really disappointed. We ordered online for takeout and they got almost our entire order wrong. They put ham instead of turkey, no lettuce, 6” instead of foot long, etc. I bet this is very good in store when you can see what they’re doing, but we were disappointed.

I got a bunch of subway coupons mailed to me, and one was BOGO free footlongs, so I figured why not. Walked in and saw a sign that said they aren't accepting footlong coupons. The coupon wasn't set to expire for another month, and went I went to a second location they had the same sign. I asked about it and the employee said corporate decided they were losing money, so they stopped accepting the coupons they sent out. Ridiculous. Honestly felt like a bait and switch tactic since I almost hadn't noticed the sign in time, and then would've been stuck paying since they would have already made the subs. Shady business tactic, I'd go somewhere else.

I have no idea about the food but the customer service sucks. My 89 year old grandmother and my 14 year old daughter ordered subs for 5 of us for dinner. The order went thru and my grandmother's card was charged. When they got to the store the worker told them he doesn't have an order and isn't giving them any food even though they showed him the order on the phone. Then she was willing to pay for it again and he told them to stop wasting his time and to leave. He then stuck his middle finger up to my 14 year old daughter. When I got in touch with the owner he didn't really seem to care. He said if she was billed the he will give her. Her money back. But didn't care how his employee acted. Don't waste your time or money in this piss poor excuse of a place.

I've ordered a steak melt twice online and once in store. Each time was wrong. It's supposed to be pressed and have extra cheese... I was hoping that the issue was with me ordering online, but today I asked what the difference was between the normal and the melt and she said she didn't know and that they were the same... I guess she didn't see the sign near the register that said they charge $2 more for a melt. Nothing but attitude, though she treated my wife with respect.As others have noted, my steak was cold. Super depressing experience and will not be back to any of this franchisee's locations.If anyone plans on using a footlong coupon, avoid this place. They do not honor those coupons.
