The service was pleasant, order was quick and complete. How ever the dining area was not very clean! Out of 10 tables 6 had food on them as well as the bench seating, the floor had food all over as well! At the drink machine there was liquid spilled across the counter as well as trash. The entryway carpets did not appear to have been cleaned in days. The kitchen area looked like a disaster.but what cought my attention was the food wrappers strune across the floor which I a slip, trip, fall hazard and and not conducive to a safe work environment. The counter in the food preparation and wrapping area looked atrocious. Definitely not an establishment I would care to return to.

Nuggets were burnt and small, never received the nugget sauce. I’m just thankful the fries were fine! Just be aware when ordering from here to check your order before driving away.
I got a bacon breakfast crunchwrap, and it had something it. Never had a issue till now, just thought I would bring it up.
Employees can't read and will give you items and ingredients you're allergic to or otherwise can't eat. Don't eat here unless you want to lose your money. Can't get a refund through the Taco Bell app! Will never come here again.
So this has happened before at this taco bell, however this is the big one. I just ordered 2 boxes and discover when i get home all of the second box is missing. I tried to call the location 7 times so far with no response. I think i have to give up taco bell.
I went through the drive-thru here and when I pulled forward, the guy working the window opens it up and doesn’t say a single word to me, just stares at me like I have three heads. The entire interaction at the window from start to finish he didn’t say a single word, not sure what’s up with that. I ordered 5 items which cost a little under $20 and somehow didn’t get a single napkin, which is no big deal but you’d just hope to get some when you have a bigger order. Lastly I go to eat my quesadilla and it’s just not even sliced. Usually it’s cut into quarters I believe..? The quesadilla wasn’t cut at all which has never happened to me in ~100 times I’ve ordered it, so I had to rip it apart by hand like a barbarian unfortunately. Food tasted good though which is most important for me, but overall not the best experience.
Last time I ordered online- they gave me someone else's bag. I called. They gave a credit. Threw away the food I received....
Went back and we ordered something else, they wouldn't let us use credit towards anything that wasn't the same items....
We didn't say anything at the time but it was 10.00 and I never received my food. Why can't I use towards something else???
Tonight went back, ordered same thing. Requested 4x a handful of mild sauce.
Got home, and no mild sauce + my chalupa was stale and hard. It broke into pieces. Manager said all he could do was let me drive back for sauce. Not a good experience!
Got some food here for the first time in forever, before then I never liked Taco Bell. I decided to order something simple from here and it was delicious, would come back.

Customer service is not good ?. The men's room was gross. The seating is wooden benches and classroom styles desk chairs.

I can’t count the number of times this Taco Bell and it’s amazing late-night staff have saved my life: with friendly, efficient taco service at the end of a long day.
Sure, it’s just the standard Taco Bell menu you could find at any other location. But the combination of consistent late night service (till at least 1 AM) served up by a TRULY cool group of people…? It makes a big difference to me.
Always quick to offer a complimentary cup of ice-cold water (a beloved offering to penny-pinching diners such as myself), some extra sauce packets, or an extra bunch of napkins (for the messy eater, or the brave drive-thru customer planning to attempt the (ever-risky) “eating-tacos-while-driving” maneuver.
These are just a few examples I feel compelled to share, in support of these wonderful young people. The fast-food employees who serve us throughout the course of our lives play such a brief, almost forgettable role, in the overall story of our life.
Yet, how many dozens of these fine folks have been there to serve us on-demand food at affordable prices, often when we needed it most? While traveling out of state, exhausted and elated to spot that *OPEN* 24/7 FOOD sign?? Maybe you work late nights or overnight shift: tell me you’ve not stopped for fast food after work @ 12:50 am, or maybe 7:30 am. You look like a crazy, disheveled mess. But more often than not, the down to earth people working the drive thru or the counter? They’re just happy to get your order in quickly, and without judgment.
I digress, but if you’ve made it this far into a Google review of a Taco Bell, perhaps you are like me: moved by people’s extraordinary actions in the otherwise mundane. If you live around here, I urge you to frequent this Taco Bell location if you can. There’s no hidden prizes, free food, or other clandestine activities to speak of. It is a standard Taco Bell operation, with the same offerings as any other location.
But the genuine warmth and welcome I feel upon each visit is remarkable in and of itself. I think food tastes better, when you’ve had a positive, fun interaction with your host. So thank you for considering my words, I say them with all sincerity and admiration for this Taco Bell. Live long, and taco-bout the little things in life that bring you joy ???
Warm regards,

Dietary restrictions: Taco Bell is about that customization life: they make every effort to abide by any customer requests to +add or -remove ingredients. It’s rare to receive incorrect orders here, they’re very discerning!
Parking: This plaza can be tricky to navigate upon first visit, however the Taco Bell drive-thru traffic pattern usually becomes readily apparent, especially during lunch or dinner rush. Plenty of spots just across from the building, sort of a shared lot with some of the other (lesser visited) businesses across the way. Never been unable to find a spot, very convenient!
Kid-friendliness: It’s Taco Bell - kids will find a great meal here and have plenty of space to dig in, and even wander around a little bit - without being much bother to other diners. Inside dining area usually has a bunch of different sizes / styles of tables or booths, and the stereo typically plays a steady stream of upbeat pop / rock music. Not so loud that you can’t have a conversation while eating…just loud enough to sort of cover ambient sounds - from the kitchen, other diners, or loud/crying kids ?
Wheelchair accessibility: Two wheelchair access points from the parking lot (slow incline up the concrete), several parking permit spots immediately outside the doors.

Just watched a group of kids stand in the drive through line and then get turned away because these useless people decided to close their doors before 8:40 on a Saturday night. When is corporate gonna crack down on this bullshit?
It's pathetic.
How are those kids supposed to get food if you all do this constantly.
They must be allergic to money cause they do this every day and I see multiple customers rejected or that leave every night cause the doors are closed.
This is Tacobell. Keep the lobby open.
