My wife ordered food from drive-thru and incomplete order was presented.She didn't find the shortage till she got home. Went back to Wahls to hear that the girl forgot to deliver the food. The manager offered coupon for free cheeseburger. Sloppy operation.
Went for dinner tonight. My kids found these pieces of black rubber from the blender in their Oreo milkshakes. We brought the first two pieces we found up to the girl at the counter. Those were brought to the manager. Management did nothing. No apology was offered. No replacement shakes given. No refund of our meal. I’ve reached out to local tv stations and I’m considering legal action. Not acceptable!!!😡😡😡
