Not even sure if this is a business anymore? New to the area and went for lunch. No sign on the building and empty parking lot. Called the number from Google and it’s a non working number

To start fries were great everybody’s food was what they ordered and hot the good ends there. Service was horrible! We had to get up and get our own silverware. They gave me a bottle of hot sauce. It was completely empty thought it was a joke, gave us water but had to ask for straws. ordered one diet Pepsi got two, which was fine we used it had to wait forever for service. I went up and asked three times for popcorn. Finally gave up , sent my sister to go get it. Still none, a waitress not ours brought it over to us much later, right before food came. One of the times I went to ask for popcorn again. The hostess looked at me like I was a ghost. I guess she didn’t wanna be bothered.. when we got our check the waitress said it’s probably about 90% correct so my sister reviewed it and took care of it. It’s really sad. We used to go there all the time. The service has just gone downhill people next to us waited over 45 minutes for soup and salad and then get the wrong portion of soup. Another party near us got up and left because nobody acknowledged them once they were seated, it’s crazy.

Honestly do not know how you stay in business. We live local and ever since Rob left this place has gone downhill with food and service. Food used to be great but now hit and miss. Service is the greatest issue with little to none. After a year of staying away we went for it last night. Hoping for a big change and we got it! Deck is falling apart and the same old cave inside. Finally got our beers and a half basket of burned popcorn and ordered 10 wing as an appetizer, big burger and a trash plate. With families being seated a good 10 minutes next to us they ordered and got their wings and full dinner before us and we had the same server! Getting a bit upset and 15 minutes later we had enough so we walked to the bar to pay cash for our beers after telling our server we had enough. To my surprise she started to argue with me on how wings are cooked and this continued at the bar. NEVER again and if Tim and Mary still own this dump be aware of your investment!

The waitress never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. More than 1/2 our food was wrong and was never asked to let them fix it. Got charged extra for chicken when ordering a chicken ceasar salad that was on the menu, charged extra for a side of cheese that we didn’t order. The cheese was supposed to be on the entree, asked for no onion on same entree and onion was on it. Another's entree was completely wrong and was told sorry must have misunderstood you. Not I will fix that for you. Not to mention our food was barely warm, and is you pay with a card they don’t tell you that you get charged a processing fee. Then the waitress follows us out to the parking lot and asked why she didn’t get a tip. (which she did just not on the card and not the tip she wanted) We tell her what the issues were she argued with us saying we were wrong and she would have to agree to disagree with us. Really disappointed as this place was recommended by locals.

Updated 2023: Must have changed hands because it's not what it used to be. Food was below par and one server was trying to handle everything and there was no way she could keep up (not her fault they are under staffed at 7pm on a Sat. night - .75 cent wing night). The basket of chips were burnt and bland, the wings were okay but the table behind us walked out because their wings weren't cooked. The table next to us waited for their food just as long as we did. Everyone was looking around wondering what the problem was. The icing on the cake was the surcharge for using a credit card!2021: Every time we call to order for pickup, we have to redial 40-75 times trying to get through. Sometimes we give up and go elsewhere.2020: We ordered during the pandemic and they didn't raise their prices like some restaurants did. The growler fills, food and service was still awesome!2018: Never had a bad experience...My husband and I love splitting a Rochester Plate and grabbing a drink at the bar or relaxing on the deck. Plenty of menu selections and beers on tap, friendly staff, not one of those snooty places that turns their nose up if you are just in there for a small plate.

When you can't cook a burger it's hard to win at bar food let alone dinner....Wife and I stopped by for a late dinner. Dining room empty at 745. That may have been foreshadowing. My wife's burger was raw. She likes a meat hot sauce to spice up her burger, see what we were served below. My ice tea looked like it was from a rung out dish towel.I order the tuna melt as it is really hard to screw up. It was bland but edible.Tots were the star! Love those.Oh did I mention 50 minutes for our wing appetizer that came out after the main meal.Go for the drinks, eat the food at your own risk.

Melissa was our bartender. She took our orders for drinks and food and had everything served promptly with the best service we have had in a while. She was extremely cheerful and professional with a great sense of humor and smile.probably the best bartender we have encountered in a long time.Parking: very large and easily accessible parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: there is a wheelchair ramp.

Wings were awesome! The service was great. It's pretty quiet, though, on a Tuesday night.

Can't believe Donnelly's Public House is not included. It has been serving good food and drink in downtown Fairport longer than any of the restaurants on your list in a friendly hometown atmosphere. You definitely missed the boat on this one!

Family of 5 in for dinner this evening. 1 server on for the ENTIRE dining area on $.75 wing night!! That’s the first issue. The poor girl is running around bussing tables, waiting tables, seating tables, etc. Why is this happening? I get “staff shortages”. Why is there not an owner and/or a manager there helping her? I saw 2 young lady’s in the kitchen standing there on their phones while we were waiting to get seated. All of our soft drinks tasted like dirty dish water. The plastic cups in which they were served appeared to have a filmy build up on them. 4/5 of our table ordered wings. We were told, “we are no longer doing increments of 5”. Ok, so why is that still noted on the menu? All 4 ordered XX Crispy. Each were just cooked to temperature.Woman’s bathroom maybe was cleaned last week.Extremely disappointed! As we were leaving 2 gentlemen were coming in wearing “Noonan’s” T-shirts I asked if they were owners. They said, “we play softball for them”. Unfortunately, I would’ve given the review in person if I was able. The MOST important thing I want to mention is the entrance. Those stairs and handrail are NOT safe.Hopefully this is taken seriously and adjustments made.

we went to Noonan's last year and the service was average and waitress took it apon herself to triple the cost on everything we ordered and we said what if we didn't have the money she just gave us a look our bill was 170.00 dollars for three people

On Tuesday, Noonan's has 75 cent wings. The Werewolf Wings are the best I have had in a long time.
