Don’t expect to get food after 9:30 on a Saturday night. Also if the bartender has friends there don’t expect to get any drinks. As far as the bar manager the customer is not right. Won’t ever go there again.

As other people have stated the owner hostess was horrible. There were plenty of tables but they sat us way in the back like second-class citizens. The food took almost an hour to come out with nobody communicating with us. The food was average at best. They did take some money off the bill but that didn't really make up for the horrible experience. I'm really not sure how this place gets any good reviews. I would never go back again or recommend it to anyone, even one of my enemies. The owner or manager that works there really needs to look in the mirror and learn how to treat people with respect. There are far more better places to dine at in Fairport with better food and friendlier service!
The staff acted as if it was a bother to take care of the customers. I think you should take a hard look at your staff. If they are unhappy working then they should look for employment elsewhere. Seriously, you go in and expect to enjoy your time there and you feel as if you’re imposing on them.

What an unexpectedly great experience! My group was able to make a reservation for dinner, then stay at our table to see the band, Knight Patrol, perform later. We had such a great time! The place was well-staffed and everyone we encountered seemed happy to be there. Plenty of parking and spacious seating with elbow room. Linen napkins. Water decanters on the table. Our server, Ann, was next level...best ever, and never stopped for 4 straight hours, even after the checks were paid. Everyone in my group loved their food. The band was great and super fun. Highly recommend this joint!

We've eaten here once at a table and it was just okay; very slow service and average food. Went in on a Saturday night at 6:15 and sat at the bar. The place was not crowded and we were not waited on for 10 min. Not even a nod. They had one bartender on and what looked to be a bar-back that didn't even look up. Disappointing.

Everything was great. Enjoyed the outdoor covered patio and fireplace. They had some activities for kids. Not a fan of the loud traffic on the busy road though.
Food was good but portions were small and it's pretty expensive. I believe we paid $15.00 for a panini and side salad. A single glass of beer was $8. Martini was $12. A DELICIOUS pizza was $12.
Definitely recommend though.

Spacious place increases conversation noise a bit, so could get pretty loud when it's busy. Had a great chicken melt with red peppers and artichokes. Delicious with home made potato chips.

Good place. Good food. Decent service. Dropped a hundred bucks there last night and this morning noticed the dreaded surcharge fee. Very annoying. They just started doing this, I think.
Update 7/10/2024 Ugh. They started serving those 'coated' french fries. Like Ore Ida. Good for kids maybe, but not a good look IMO.
