Currently, the Woodlands' atmosphere is a mess. Residents are extremely disappointed with the uncomfortable environment. On Thursday, January 4, 2024, the resident director (leader staff in the senior independent living building) of the Woodlands called police officers and called her boss from the Fairport Baptist Homes. Then, while an innocent health care provider is absent, the resident director created a document to forbid the health care provider to access the the Woodlands building. Actually, the resident director pushed the health care provider while she walked towards her office. The resident director accused that the health care provider of assaulting her, and showed a police officer a random bruise that she got from her other activities. Based on human physiology, a bruise does not appear that quickly because free blood slowly percolates from the original site to superficial tissue layers. The resident director has been demonstrating signs and symptoms of narcissistic personality disorder (NPD). NPD is a serious mental health disorder. She displays extreme attention and affection to the residents. But behind the mask of extreme friendliness, she is abusive and manipulative. The resident directer holds an unreasonably high sense of her own importance and admiration. Therefore, she cannot stand that the residents admire someone else rather than her. The health care provider was known to kind and admired by residents, which resident director has been harassing with libel (false accusation letter) and false accusation (slander) A staff member loved by all residents was fed up with resident director's repeated misconducts and had quit. As the staff member was in charge of many recreational activities, the place lacks fun activities at this point.This is serious. I have never seen this type of fearful and disturbing environment which is caused by leader staff. I do not recommend to any one who want peaceful and pleasant senior life. Most of the residents at Woodlands are very nice. They deserve a better leader staff. I certify that the information given is true and complete to the best of my knowledge.
