Went there for a quick bite with my wife and kids, and our server Justin was fantastic—friendly and attentive. As a restaurant owner myself, I truly appreciate servers like him; he's exactly the kind of person I would want on my team.

The food was very good, but the service was exceptional. Our server, Oscar, truly made the experience stand out. He was attentive, friendly, and his recommendations — including the drinks — were excellent. I don’t usually leave reviews, but Oscar’s service is absolutely worth it. He is very professional, helpful, and has a great attitude.

We've been here a few times and always had a good experience but last night was really great and is the reason we will keep coming back. My husband and I had a very long day and placed an order an hour from close which we never do. We waited a few minutes with 3 people asking if we were being helped which was great customer service! Unfortunately due to me being chronically ill and having a lot of issues, I can't eat certain ingredients and my burger came out with ingredients I couldn't have. The removal of ingredients didn't go through on their end which happened at a previous Applebee's but I don't blame anyone, things happen. My husband went back in to ask if it could be remade and the person helping apologized and immediately had it fixed. Then the manager apologized and gave us a card for some money off our next visit which wasn't at all expected and so sweet to do! We got home and the food tasted great but the customer service was really what will keep us coming back. It was very much appreciated and we'll be sure to come back soon!

Clean dishwasher soap stain free is a must. The steaks can be better. Our waitress was good but can you let us breath. We don't want you asking every 15 minutes if we are okay.
