i went in for breakfast with my son. we had such great service from denise she was so kind and very professional in explainiing our menu ad taking our order. i want to thank ihop and denise for providing me a great dining experience. sincerely frank paruolo
We always had a enjoy ihop in Vernon hill last time we went the waitress name Ramon was very attentive and respectful with taking our order absolutely recommended
I went on a Sunday and it was super busy, but half the staff seemed totally lost. The hostess was rude and clearly didn't know how to do her job; she really needs better training or a different role. We waited nearly an hour for our food and had to track down a server twice. It was a pretty bad experience all around.
