I came here for a matcha latte as the other Dunkin’ I stopped at on the way wasn’t fresh tasting. And the lady who helped me made my matcha latte really good and it’s much different than the previous one I got. Thankyou :)

this is like the 6th time u guys fucked up my order i asked for 2 orders of Plain bagel minis, heated up more (because everytime i got them there always cold) and a BACON egg and cheese on a crossiant, You gave me a EGG AND CHEESE on a crossiant and gave me 1 order of bagel minis, and they were heated up to the point they exploded.

bagel was burnt to a crisp and didnt open it until i got all the way home. real nice. place is inconsistent and seems to always make some sort of mistake. at least i was able to eat the top half because the whole bottom was basically ash

The service was absolutely horrendous. Not one of the employees could keep their head out of their phone while they were helping people myself included. It took twice as long to get a few cups of coffee than it should have because everybody was so consumed with their social media.
