Service and people working there are great. However, when the weather is bad, the owners take it "offline" for mobile orders and even this website will say "temporarily closed" when it IS open for walk in, just not mobile orders. This will cause those people to just go to another one.
The donuts and bagels are literally ALWAYS soft and fresh here. The staff always greets with a smile and are so friendly. Probably the best dunkin donuts location I've been too by far
