“When I first went in to pick up my mobile order I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the girls there. However, after chatting with their manager Bryce, he rectified the situation better than I ever could have anticipated. I would’ve been more than content with my drink just being remade, but he also gave me a gift card and two cake pops to make up for it. He was also very, very kind and very friendly. I was so happy with his service and handling of the situation I had to come and leave a review recognizing his efforts! Thank you so much, Bryce!“

“I just went in for an Iced Green Tea w/ melted honey. I have been a coffee drinker for 15 years and just switched. Every dunkin I go to straight up refuses to even try to make it. Nobody cares.

The manager at this Dunkin Donuts not only cared enough to listen to my request, he made the drink PERFECT. I worked for Dunkin Donuts for about a year and it's like I made it myself.

10/10. I would go here over any other Dunkin in the area.“

“Outside tables NOT sanitized. I've been coming to this location for a couple of years now & normally I really like this location. That's why I'm still giving it 4 stars. Today they only had a few options of the snack packs & the peanut butter sandwich looked like it was covered in peanutbutter. During the hour I sat here, not once did I see them sanitize the outside tables, counters or inside tables the 3 times we went inside. I would really hate for them close because they're not following NYS protocol.“

“Got a McDouble, some McChickens, some fries and a strawberry cheesecake pie here. They got my order right, even the part where I specified to have no ketchup on the McDouble. Not only did they not forget anything, the food was good being the standard McDonald's quality you would expect. Drive through was quick at 12pm, service was friendly, prices were surprisingly decent for McDonald's. The McDonald's near my house in Queens charges $4 for a McChicken, this place currently only charges $2.50. Leaving the drive through was kinda weird as you're not supposed to exit though the McDonald's entrance and instead have to loop around again to take a path outside of the drive through and exit through an adjacent parking lot. Definitely never seen that before. I usually get McDonald's maybe once/twice a year as I'm a Wendy's guy but if McDonald's keeps maintaining the decent deals on their app, I may just keep coming back. This place is way better than any McDonald's we have in the boroughs“
